Keeps asking for updates
Every time I attempt a transaction, it tells me I need to run updates. I keep running them for each transaction. This is messing up my business.help frustrated!

Crashes in the middle of transactions
Frustrated with app from constantly crashing during transactions with customers. Awkward trying to redo transaction and notes that disappear. Please update and fix issues. Might have to just go back squaretishd.1

This is the most user UNfriendly payment processing app I have ever used. And if you want basic features like most include for free, these people want a minimum of $25 a month (and that’s the lowest level).Spotrox86
Terrible experience
From the set up to the tech support. 4 weeks into my start up company, I’m still waiting for a successful card transaction to transfer to my account. It’s crippled my operations as the trucking costs were supposed to be covered by my customers. How Regions bank partners and refers this company is beyond me.Billy breckenridge
Keeps crashing when using discount
Everyone I go to add a discount and save the discount for an invoice the app crashes. I called support and their answer was delete the app and reinstall it. 2 days later it’s doing the same thing.ScubaSteve42420
