Apple is currently running iOS 17.3 and hasn’t released 17.4 quite yet. Based on feedback we have received with a few BETA users this week, we were able to replicate the issue you are experiencing and are already working on the fix before Apple releases the latest software update! To continuing using the myQ Community app while we resolve the issue, we recommend reverting to the current iOS version 17.3.   • Stop working and nobody can solve it!!!

    The App suddenly stopped open it on my iPhone 15. We have tried everything from removing the app to resetting the phone, I contacted my community manager and he got in contact with the developer technical support and they say the app is ok, the problem is with the phone… so nobody has been able to solve the problem. What’s the solution? Change my iPhone? Absurd!!!! We paid a lot in this community to work with this system and all the time there is a problem with it

    Hello and thanks for your review! We recently identified an issue with an early release of the iOS 17.4 software update that was causing the app to crash. Based on reviews from BETA users, we were able to issue a quick fix which has resolved the issue.   • Just does not work!

    It 3 notifications that I can’t find anywhere in the app. It will say it’s connected to my garage open one minute and not the next. The Siri voice command works for my husband, but gives me an error even though we have the exact same set up.

    I would not have anything to do with this app if it was not the only way to get into my neighborhood. This is one frustration I could live without!!!

  • Siri integration gone???

    With an update to version 5.0.0 I no longer have the edit option on my Home Screen. The app now goes to a default screen where I can no longer add the Siri Shortcuts to open my gates. Is this feature no longer supported or is it due to an iPhone update? What are the steps to get the Siri integration back? The support site only shows the old method through the Home Screen. Please advise.

    Hello and thank you for reaching out! Don't worry, we didn't take away our Siri integration or the ability to personalize your home screen! To customize your home screen on the new app version, simply long press the access point and a pop up will appear to add as a favorite or enable Siri. Simply tap a location within the app if you wish to unlock your authorized entrances. If you have any additional questions regarding the new layout, please reach us at customersuccess@liftmaster.com.   • Life saver

    It has made my life easier, no longer coming out of my car to use the screen to open the gate .

  • Great but one problem

    Called support but no resolution. When two iPhones share the same iCloud account and there are two myQ logins one on each phone. They myQ login switches from one phone to the other every few days without logging in and out. It happens to others in my community also any time a iCloud account is shared.

  • Great capabilities; Poor Support

    While I have had no problem intuitively using the app, many in my community are having a terrible experience with it. I’ve searched hi and lo for tutorials to walk my neighbors through it, and there are no online instructions, only promo videos to glibly sell the product to property managers. That’s great for your company, but useless to the end user who may live in a community with an awol or overworked property manager. Whether one is tech savvy or not, you should provide step by step instructions for every feature. One shouldn’t have to go through their property manager…especially one who never responds. I know that’s not your problem, but ultimately the residents are your end user/customer and an interface with them would serve everyone well all around.

  • Works fairly well

    I like being able to see camera video of each guest entrance. They do improve the app, still have occasions each week where I cannot view the video feed.

    App keeps accurate information on each gate access.

In cases where the video feed is not available during the call could potentially be from a weak or bad signal at the intercom device itself, incorrect wiring or programming on the device, or possibly a camera malfunction.
