  • Doesn’t work

    I’m standing at the door to my package room and the door doesn’t open. The app says opening but nothing happens. Very irritating.
  • Love this!

    The app looks nice and is pretty easy to use. I for one loose my keys all the time but my phone is always with me, so knowing I can get in this way also is great peace of mind.

  • Hate this.

    This entire system has made my life way more difficult. It’s not at all user friendly. And is creating a unsafe area for people and their vehicles.

    Frequently app stops responding
  • Gate-opening apps are inconvenient and unecessary

    Unlocking gates from your phone while driving is unsafe and inconvenient. Plus, what happens if one's phone is dead or without service? More often than not our gate is offline, so we have to take ridiculous detours to get in and out. Nothing beats a good old-fashioned key fob.

If you are unable to use the app due to your phone being dead, you can check with your community administrator to see other available options for accessing your community!   • Not fully accessible with voiceover:

    This application is not functioning correctly, where it is blocking settings for launching a keypad to open a entry gate. An update is probably needed to fix this inaccessibility coding problem.

  • Signs me out EVERY DAY

    Version 3.9.5 signs me out EVERYDAY so I have to log in to the app when I get home and I’m sitting at my complex’s gate with people behind me…ANNOYING…please fix….
  • Too slow to open the app

    When phone ring the app take too much time to open to press granted
  • Needs updates

    If k can only get inside via this app, there should be no bugs. It’s inconvenient and glitches. The gate does unlock although it says it’s unlocked
  • Constantly offline

    This system does not seem reliable; within the first month it has been offline and/or just not working. I don’t know what to do to get it working.
