    This is a water that has a taste that is unmatched with anything that I have tasted in 40 years. I have been drinking Deer Park for at least that long and now my children drink nothing but bottled water. I can do the math. I left home when I was 18 to start a family and my own business and this is when I started drinking bottled water I am now 67. and it’s been nothing but Deer Park don’t get me wrong sometimes it’s been a battle. It has all been easy, but that’s my story and I’m still with you guys. have yourself a blessed holy week. try to think of our Lord for a few hours on Good Friday. how blessed are we to have water delivered at our doorstep with just a phone call. Thank You so much for being there for me.
  • Charged for free items & many customer support errors

    JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK!! I joined at the beginning of December 2023 excited for this because 5gal waters are sold out in stores where I live. A promotion they were running when I joined was a case of still and sparkling water added to my order for free. Turns out, they charged me for the sparkling water($25). I had to call them to get it corrected and updated my order while I was on the phone. I changed the items and updated the frequency and all was good. That was until I checked my app and saw that my items & delivery frequency were completely wrong. I called again intending to cancel but they offered to fix it and give me a $10 discount on my next order. I waited about a week for the app to update and everything is still wrong. So I call one last time to be done with this and it turns out on their end the items/frequency were correct but not on my end. The support tech tried to offer me so many discounts and free items to not cancel but I couldn’t take it anymore and cancelled. We’ll see if I have an issue getting my $20 refundable bottle deposit back. P.S. don’t take too long to type in the customer support chat or the agent will end the chat (50seconds for me).   • Save urself nd dont get it

    this app is soo bad save ur money nd time they would schedule deliveries for me i sometimes had 2 deliveries on tye same month even after scheduling it for every month i couldn’t return it they would js keep on charging me when i first got the product the lady said free cleaning of the matching i tried getting my machine cleaned nd it was 71 for cleaning i was so shock cuz they said it was free at first i was like okay i’ll clean it nd give it a second chance my hot water never worked since day one nd i tried getting custumer service but they kept on sending me to main menu the worse experience Also when i git this item they told me if i didn’t like the matching they could pick it up
    anytime for free but when they picked it up the they charged me 50$ plus tip js to keep that on mind to think i would tell friends nd family to get the plan super embarrassing worse service im surprised it has a lot of 5stars😵‍💫
  • Ready refresh delivery

    So happy I told the representative that I would give it a try. They were very helpful and helped me download the app on my phone and showed me that they did indeed deliver out to where I live. The delivery driver is very courteous carries all those heavy bottles to wherever I need them or will also just leave them on my back porch if no one is home. The water tastes great. I’m renting one of the simplest devices that just has hot and cold. I love having hot water always available. It’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The app is super easy to adjust my order each month if I want more or less and it totals the price right then and there on the app. So far we have not had any problems with any of it. We are very happy and I’ve been adding more and more water as the family gets used to using it for hot and cold. We realized we need more than we originally signed up for, but the increase price is minimal once you pay for the bottle and just trade it in each time.
    I also like that I can tip the delivery driver right on the app!
  • Broken or App has a Bug, unable to speak to a live representative

    The app has worked fine in the past however, you have to email them to get any response. When they do respond you don’t always get an immediate answer. It makes things much more prolonged than if a live agent was available, that does not seem to be a readily available option. The past couple days I haven’t been able to access the app it keeps telling me to update but my app was updated and I am on the latest version. With that being said it will not allow me to access my app at all unless I upgrade to the latest version which I have….it is a never ending cycle and I have done everything on my end possible to make sure it isn’t my mistake. For some reason now that I cannot access the app it changed my delivery date, and it is saying they are doing the delivery literally less than a week from my last delivery. I think the app and the company are not very customer friendly.
  • Service and convenience

    It’s been a few years since we started with RR delivery. We both are very pleased with this service and the flexibility for altering the order when needed. It turns out we drink a lot of water….in the summer. This summer the convenience of having lots of water here was very important. Staying hydrated is so important in hot weather but also when you are older it is highly recommended to by hydrated. We drink less water in the winter but not much less. I also love that the water is placed where we selected because I can get it easily into the house if my hub is not home. When I’ve called in the past about some question I have EVERYONE has been very friendly and quickly answered the questions and also provided other useful information. Great Job!
  • Delivery date always changes after saving.

    While the customer service people are great and nice and always solve my issues to the best of their ability, I’m regally disappointed with how the app randomly schedules your delivery on different dates, which is a waste of money to get deliveries when it hasn’t been a full month for water jug replacements and what not.

    No matter if I change it myself on the app and confirm, or have some live representative change it for me, IT STILL CHANGES ON ITS OWN. So I have to keep checking every so often to make sure the delivery dates haven’t changed on my own paranoid accord for so I don’t get screwed over financially because the developers of this app need to improve it.

    I like the CO2 water cooler and the deer park water. I hate this app. Do better!
  • App and website are awful

    I am so surprised that there are so many 5 star reviews. The products are fine but the app and website are very frustrating to use. I have a stack of 4 sports cap bottled water cases because they keep sending them although I was under the impression that I stopped the service. When I go to the website, it says that I have no future deliveries and it says my last delivery was in December but I have the water and the email showing I got a case in March. And I have no other choice but to pay because it’s on autopay. Maybe somehow there are two accounts under my name? I called about this before yet I continue to get the unwanted cases. I don’t even drink that type of water anymore and we now get the sparkling water from the store. I would love to get it through the website or the app but it doesn’t allow me to update or change my order. The website is clunky and unclear. I’m unable to log into the app. Every time I put my credentials in, I just get an error message. You would think such a large company would be able to improve and streamline their IT issues. I have been experiencing these insufficiencies for many years.
  • Terrible customer service

    You would think that you would have your customer service notify with either a text, a note with last delivery, an email or a call to notify that you need to verify a credit card or payment method. For too many years we’ve been customers and as seniors its not always easy to navigate your app. No phone number listed we had to research it and it even sounds like they’re out of the country.
    Our order for may 5th was skipped by you so when it didn’t come we rescheduled for the 15th. Then today the 15th comes and it shows skipped again. I researched to find the number and they just needed my new card number since I’ve always been on auto pay. My bills are paid immediately and i even took your membership
    I asked them to please reschedule right away since we have no water and am told it wouldn’t be until June 5th. UNACCEPTABLE!
    Out of water
    I asked for them to contact a supervisor and see if they could get some out this week and was told to go on the app and see if I could get a sooner date.
    The app is no good. It gave the same date.
    Im looking into Costco and their delivery service next.
    We’ve been ordering 3-4 large 5 gal bottles for many years but you’re losing us.
    My husband said to give this one last chance.
    I just placed a new order 4 bottles
  • Hmm!

    During the pandemic, this company has been a savior for me and my family. I will never forget that. Deliveries were always on time. I was so proud to reference Ready Refresh to other people.
    But, recently I lost my job and I wanted to cancel my subscription. I did that but, surprisingly I received an email saying that I have to let them know why I wanna leave the company. After that I received a call from customer service telling me the same thing. I told them that I sent a request to the company about the cancellation. The lady on the phone said yes and I also told her that they have to cancel the upcoming delivery because I don’t have money to pay for it. She said ok. Next week I received a delivery that I told them to cancel because I don’t money to pay for it. Now I keep receiving emails and now you sent a case to debt collector for $90+. When I was subscribing to that plan, no one in that company ever asked me why I want to use their services but, when I wanted to leave, you keep harassing me about what I wanna leave instead of cancel the order, the subscription, etc.
