  • it’s ok not great

    Great delivery always on time and on schedule
    how ever poor customer service when you
    try to cancel account you have to email and wait for someone to reach out . Although your card is linked to the account when ever a delivery is scheduled money isn’t automatically taken out you have to go on the app and pay yourself after each delivery. I unfortunately had gotten my money taken out automatically twice then for some reason they stopped. And i had an over due balance of $197. which is a crazy amount. definitely save your money. i tried to cancel my account for two months within that whole thing had received a delivery that i was to late to cancel because they’re automated deliveries and you manually have to skip it.
  • Service stinks

    The app allows you to think you can adjust your delivery date but then you get messages that they rescheduled your rescheduled date. Can’t tell if drivers are unwilling or unable to switch routes but they shouldn’t make it seem like you can request a new date if logistics don’t allow it. Asked for a new date, first available was three days out. Got a message the night before new date (mind you, 7 pm the night before) that was pushed back another day. The next day got a message at 8 pm that was pushed back three days bec of the weekend to a Monday. Then got an updated message that they’d be able to deliver on Saturday, but then on Saturday got a message that it would take another two days, so now would be Tuesday delivery! If you can’t make it happen then just turn off the feature in the app or tell people in the app that you temporarily can’t make changes so we can make other plans. Really, really disappointed in service. Will be looking for other services soon.
  • WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

    If I could give this entire company and their horrible service zero stars, I would. Nearly every delivery I had was late. The most recent one was supposed to come December 27th. It is now January 5th and I still have no idea when my water is coming. Every day I got a notification saying “your delivery is coming tomorrow”. “Tomorrow” came and went and nothing happened. I called multiple times looking for a reason and all I got was “we’re having operational challenges. The customer service reps didn’t even seem to care that they have unhappy customers. Finally, I cancelled my account today. After I cancelled my account, they still charged my bank hours later. When I tried to call them about it they hung up before speaking to me 5 times. This is the worst service and worst customer service I’ve ever had!!!
  • Cut our plastic waste down

    So , worth every cent ! We can’t drink our water and the plastic waste is disturbing as is without our contribution . Ready fresh is an excellent company and we appreciate the app making the changes easy and reliable. We haven’t had a single plastic water container to ‘recycle’ ( ya right ) since we signed up ! And like every company should have to , they follow up and take away the containers .
  • This almost works

    Technology almost works but just misses. I get alerted via the app and email and text that my deliver is coming on a certain day and time and then I wait around all day and it doesnt show up. I understand that things happen and deliveries can get delayed but I dont get text or email when that happens. When I go to check the app it says a new day and time. Well, that should synchronize and let me know. Either use alerts well or just limit it to the app. Very frustrating to rely on technology that tricks you into a false sense of thinking you know when a deliver will arrive.

    I have never had a problem with my deliveries. Me and my family have been ordering water from this company for 5 years now. The only thing that I would like to ask is to be able to add my water delivery schedule to my calendar automatically. If not possible then we will be ok with out it, but it will have me remember to have the empty bottles out before the delivery. Lol
  • Worst service ever

    I’m am done with this company!! Their prices keep increasing and their customer service keeps failing. I’m currently paying $9.99 a bottle and $8.99 delivery fee. Unbelievable!! I have been waiting for my current delivery since 24 November and it has been rescheduled 7 times!! I am done and the best part you can’t call the company to cancel—no phone number listed anywhere. I finally sent a message thru the app and it states I should get a response in 5-7 business days. I have never seen such horrible customer service. I did appreciate not having to haul 5 gallon bottles from the store but it’s no longer worth it. I will be going to Walmart to get Primo water, which truly tastes better anyway, for $6.50 a bottle. Very sad ReadyRefresh, very sad.
  • Ok App, AWFUL Customer Service

    The app works fairly well. You can change your order or reschedule it without any difficulty. However if you have problems, their customer service is truly awful! You can no longer get ANYONE on the phone for urgent issues, and according to the response I received, it will take “5-7 days” to hear back from someone.

    I have been a member of this service since February of 2021, and twice now my order has been marked as delivered when it was not. The first time it happened several months ago I was able to speak somewhere on the phone. That is no longer an option, so all you can do is “send a message.” Considering I’m about to be charged for an order I did not receive, I am quite upset that it is going to take so long for the issue to be addressed.

    I will be cancelling this service and deleting the app.
  • One star for no customer service

    My dispenser leaked on the first day of delivery. Since then, I’ve submitted 4 customer service requests asking for a replacement with no response within the allotted time. So…I am ordering a second dispenser for my next order with the hopes that SOMEONE will respond and I can switch it for the new one coming. I like the water when we had it but…the customer service is horrible!!!
  • WORST SERVICE IVE EVER DEALT WITH

    I have had gotten Ozarka delivered through ReadyRefresh since January and I’ve had the worst experience with a company that I’ve ever had. I’ve had deliveries be more than 1 week late and had to call 5+ times in just a few days to try to get to correct. I’ve had auto-scheduled deliveries never delivered and absolutely no one reached out to reschedule. I now moved and attempted to update my address every way and it was not updated, it was cancelled. I was promised coupons that were never applied. I’m beyond frustrated with this service my search showed that this is the only company that delivers ozarka. Every time I attempt to call ReadyRefresh it’s also a 30+ minute wait for customer service and they are rude. I’d really like to never deal with them ever again and am searching for a different way to get water because no company should ever cause a client this much stress
