  • The App can be Improved

    At my first attempt of conducting a chat, I cannot get a response to my concern (of scheduling my Complimentary annual dispenser cleaning), as there’s only a generic menu to select from. 👎🏽
    Additionally, I’m unable to select any dates on the calendar provided for this service.👎🏽 When previously attempting to change my delivery date, this was not an option for me, however, last year many delivery dates were randomly changed by provider (understandably, due to inclement weather). These are items that should be reviewed…
  • Great water but horrible inconvenience and customer service

    I’m writing this review due to frustration I have never experienced a company with such horrible customer service problems, you can never speak with anyone directly and the company has so many unnecessary fees when they are screwing up their customers payments? I’ve sent several emails asking for a call and no response it’s just an inconvenience but, being new to the state and currently pregnant I have no choice but to order water because I can’t carry it from the store and up my stairs. However it should not be this hard for god sakes it’s water.
  • Can’t change delivery Dates

    I’m really unhappy that you changed my delivery dates without asking me. I’m even more unhappy that you have taken away my ability to modify my delivery dates and no one is answering my emails.

    You changed my delivery dates to a Monday and I need it changed back to the previous Thursday. I know you still deliver to my area on Thursday since I see the delivery truck. I need it changed back by you since I can no longer fix the dates in your app.

    Also, Nestle has changed the flavor of it’s Drinking Water. It now has distilled water mixed in. This is spoiling the flavor. Since you are the same company, please pass this on to the appropriate division. Thank you.
  • Delicious water

    I was skeptical at using this water company at first because I never heard about them. But I had a good friend of mine who used them and I had to try them I can’t believe I didn’t try them sooner. I do use app and the water comes in a very timely manner with updates as they get closer. I even ordered too much water once and I was able to skip a delivery via the app which is very easy to use. I’m glad I went with this company and this method of getting water it has save me money because before this I was spending about $20 a week on pure life water by going to Walmart. Now I spend 55 a month for 5 10 gallon jugs it’s worth it.
  • App is okay service could be better

    Not a terrible app but it falls short on several levels. For example you can’t cancel your deliveries, you have to cancel all your deliveries (which seems to also close your account) and then talk to a customer service rep before they’ll allow it. Otherwise you can only keep skipping your deliveries. Also if you enter your credit card info they hold it hostage because you can’t delete it without adding a replacement payment method.
  • Monopoly

    This company is way too big you have created a monopoly as the vendor of all the small bottling companies around the country and you’re not good at it. The app used to avail me the ability to change my delivery date when I’m out of water and I need it sooner also the dates of delivered are too far in between each one. I hate that I’m forced to spend money for water delivery with you guys because if I had any choice of doing anything different I would do it but sadly I can’t. You need to put back the ability on the app to change the delivery date if needed. I have also reviewed this company on yelp.
  • Too expensive now, customer service is terrible

    I'm very disappointed at the way this service took a turn. As a former employee of Nestlé Poland Springs I'm a loyalist to the brand. However, the cost of the bottles have skyrocketed especially since the sale to blue triton. All customer service inquiries pretty much have to be via phone if you want a response, and they charge you for that now too. The cartridge I need for my bottom load dispenser is outrageously expensive on top of the cost of water. It's also hardly ever in stock, then you're the one responsible if your cooler malfunctions because you "haven't changed the cartridge at the recommended frequency" it's a shame. Really. Buying 4 bottles of water and a cartridge past due for over $88 saves me not even $2 whole dollars. That's WITH having an annual membership of another $60. I simply can't imagine business is doing well with the way the economy is, I know I've had to consider cutting back and water unfortunately will be one of the firsts to go as it's too much of a strain to continue with terrible service.
  • Incredibly unreliable

    This company is absolute trash. They now are making you call 2 days before delivery to pick up the empty bottles that they charge you for if you don’t leave them out. Oh and a good kicker, their wait times are 25 mins so hope you have this spare time in your life. Otherwise they charge $20 when a delivery driver does not pick up the empty bottles you leave out. I now have a growing collection of 12.

    As the time goes on, this company only gets worse. There’s barely ever a delivery that I get on the original scheduled date and, once it gets rescheduled, it’s guaranteed not to come for the next week (at least!). In addition, many times the wrong order of bottles is delivered. If this company didn’t have a monopoly, I would have cancelled my subscription years ago.
  • Terrible customer experience

    In the past 10 days prior to this review submission, my scheduled deliveries were repeatedly cancelled and rescheduled by RR. I’m sure there’s a reason for the repeated cancellations but RR haven’t cared enough to include an explanation in all instance. I live in an apartment and there are other flats beside mine that gets their bottles picked up and water delivered. And each day I get a notice saying my delivery has been pushed to the following day. There’s been at least 7 of such reschedules in the aforementioned 10 days.

    It doesn’t end there. One cannot reach RR on phone. Only via messages through the App. I sent messages and the only return email stated that my concern will be addressed in 2 business days. However the following day I received another deathly reschedule. 😡

    Worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. I’ll henceforth buy my replacement water bottles whenever I drive to HEB. I encourage everyone else to do same. This company is not reliable.
  • Great app TERRIBLE company

    I had to learn on my own that these negative reviews are there for a reason. Customer service is incapable of doing anything. They can not make simple changes to your account. They can not help modify your delivery window the week before, day before, or on the day of the actual delivery. They can not compensate better service even if you're moved up the chain to a manager or supervisor. All they do is repeat practiced phrases without addressing the issue or concern or tell you they have fixed or made the necessary changes only for you to find out they did no such thing. No one in customer service is held accountable. So the company is rendered completely unreliable. I have been scheduled deliveries and pick ups, and I have either had my delivery left in the middle of the shopping center at my business location at 7am before the store is even open or had my delivery scheduled during business hours cancelled. The reason for the cancellation is always "no one at location." Needless to say that is impossible, its a store with 8 employees. And even then the times they were delivered the only thing present is a lizard in the middle of a shopping center. And its left out in the open for the whole world to steal. I have received better customer service by COMCAST and thats saying more than a lot.. thats a ridiculous standard. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these guys. Its excruciatingly BAD. THE WORST.... I wish I was exaggerating. I really wish.
