  • App is frustrating

    App does not allow for anything complicated or complaint in a timely manner. We pay a lot for water and cannot resolve problems/ issues re delivery, pick up of empties, problems with equipment. It should not be difficult(or impossible) to contact customer service. I HATE THE APP. Provide a number that gets to customer service and pay someone to answer the phone.
    I buy dog food from chewy, use the app/ web site often, but when I call I get a person right away, and my problem is solved. For that reason alone I will keep doing business with them. I am actively working on leaving ready refresh specifically due to lousy customer service over the phone. Delivery guys are great. IT IS THE INABILITY TO GET RESOLUTION TO ISSUES that I will cancel my account.

  • Too big! Should fail!

    If you don’t fit into the Ready Refresh communication box it’s very difficult to do business with them… Took me six weeks to get my delivery address changed back to my original delivery address! What is up with that!

    I have been buying Black Mountain Spring Water since the early 70s… That company was eventually and unfortunately purchased by Ready Refresh at some point, woefully…… Remarkably episodic bad service year after year where ever communications are involved…

    But eventually the guys in the field although transient, no doubt due to upper management generally, are quite good to work with… “Bless their hearts!” They put on a better face than management; can’t imagine what it’s like to work for them!
  • ReadyRefresh stole from me

    I have been a ReadyRefresh customer for over 7 years. After 3 years, I ordered a new cooler to be delivered. After delivery, I continued using ReadyRefresh for 4 more years. Recently I was moving to a new place here in San Antonio. I called ReadyRefresh customer service. While chatting with the service rep, he is going thru my account, he says to me “Hey, it looks like we have been charging you for 2 water coolers for the past 4 years”! I was overcharged $10 a month for the 4 years which came close to $480 on my account. I ask to be reimbursed and he says we can not reimburse for the total $480. He says we can refund you back only $65. I ask to be gifted a free water cooler for my troubles of them thieving from me and I was told sorry, can’t do that either! So I canceled my account immediately that day. I would recommend not to do business with this water delivery company. I tell family, co-workers and everyone I know not to use ReadyRefresh. THIS IS A SHADY COMPANY! DO NOT TRUST READYREFRESH!
  • Unreliable

    More often than not, my delivery doesn’t show up or it gets rescheduled multiple times. I’m always leaving my empty bottles for the delivery person in my apartment building hallway, which annoys the neighbors. They never respond when I reach out about missing deliveries or deliveries that get moved multiple times in a row. If they do respond, it’s like they are responding to something else entirely. You can’t call because they have a message saying customer service by phone isn’t available due to Covid, really?? I use this for my office and it’s fine. Residential service is a nightmare and I even pay for the premium membership. What’s the point of you never get your deliveries??? I have searched high and low for ANY other water delivery service in my area and this is my only choice. I’m so frustrated and disappointed. Customer service is a thing of the past. Zero communication, it’s just so aggravating. I don’t think I’ve had a single delivery that wasn’t messed up except for the very first one.
  • Can’t connect to get customer service

    I have tried and tried to get help to clarify my delivery schedule and the fact that I am being charged for deliveries that were supposed to be free with the “membership” I signed up for for $99 per year. Taking away the ability to call for customer service is a huge mistake. And when I signed up for this extra “membership” , you had in writing as an enticement that you “are in the front of the line for customer service”. Complete lie and false advertisement. I will be leaving as soon as I can find another company. And, btw, I will take my business service elsewhere as well, which was a large account.
  • Happy to have delivery service

    I hate carrying heavy items due to my arthritis. It’s also very difficult to carry these items. I would give a higher star rating if the driver would ring the doorbell and wait for me to confirm that I got the right items. Mote than once I had to contact customer service because I got the wrong item or a missing item or the wrong quantity. Also, I’m not happy about the procedure to contact customer service to straighten out errors. It should be easier. What I do like is that they deliver the items I’m interested in ordering (when they bring the right things). I hope the next delivery goes well so I can give a better review.
  • Fantastic water and service

    My friend Jessica told me about Ready Refresh water. I was hesitant at 1st but now after receiving my 1st delivery I’m a customer for life. I live in Pleasanton Tx and the city water smells bad and can NOT be healthy to drink. Ready Refresh not only has the big 5 gallon bottles of water with the dispensers, you can also get cases of plain bottled water or cases of flavored water, coffee the works!!!
    They did front porch delivery and it was so easy to get it hooked up.. Finally...... Water I’m NOT AFRAID to drink!!!!
  • App and website are awful

    I am so surprised that there are so many 5 star reviews. The products are fine but the app and website are very frustrating to use. I have a stack of 4 sports cap bottled water cases because they keep sending them although I was under the impression that I stopped the service. When I go to the website, it says that I have no future deliveries and it says my last delivery was in December but I have the water and the email showing I got a case in March. And I have no other choice but to pay because it’s on autopay. Maybe somehow there are two accounts under my name? I called about this before yet I continue to get the unwanted cases. I don’t even drink that type of water anymore and we now get the sparkling water from the store. I would love to get it through the website or the app but it doesn’t allow me to update or change my order. The website is clunky and unclear. I’m unable to log into the app. Every time I put my credentials in, I just get an error message. You would think such a large company would be able to improve and streamline their IT issues. I have been experiencing these insufficiencies for many years.
  • Very flawed service

    I wish more than anything this service worked better than it does. I don’t have a problem with the product or the the delivery. All the product arrives on time with lots of notifications allowing you to manage a better time or postpone if prior engaged. My problem is mainly with the app itself and the website itself, which is a big problem. Both the app and website run at a snails pace and almost make them both impossible to navigate and manage. The fact that literally every time I have attempted to change product or change product delivery dates for future orders is met with an error message on both the app and the website has made me lose patience and interest in continued service. My advice is to fix your app and website , if the interface your customers use to purchase your product doesn’t work , you will never sell your product.
  • At long last! An app for water delivery!

    Fantastic new app! So easy to see when next water delivery will come have ability to skip or change the date. Clear tabs at bottom to add new items to order. Easy to find previous invoices/payments! I have been a customer for 2 years and never liked the website. Service has always been good but now I can now proudly recommend to friends because of the ease of this app!
