Notifications are broken
Not receiving notifications like the app used to, not a settings issue on my phone - none get pushed to my phoneJ_Wills
Useless for many..
Should not have to reconfigure my router just to connect to grill. Sees it on Bluetooth. Why is that not adequate? Great grill useless app.CLP9

App works perfect, not sure why anyone would not like it. If you have an issue call customer service, chances are you did something wrong or got ahead of yourself before you had it set up. Mine works perfect and the Chimp is awesome. I have know these people since they stayed in business and I can assure you quality and customer service are top priority.It's a waste
WiFi Silverbac is Awesome!
I have the Grilla Grills Silverbac, and the WiFi connection and app has worked perfectly for me since the first cook. I find the app to be super easy to use and it’s great to be able to start your grill from inside, monitor it remotely, and check up on how your cook is going. I see a lot of people have left reviews with issues or problems, which I am sorry to hear of, but my experience has been great so far. I am very happy with my Silverbac.CaptainPicardEngage

Great App- Need Apple Watch Compatibility
App works great as you would expect from any Grilla product. I would like to see two improvements. 1. The notifications sound is just the native iPhone alert and is too short and not loud enough to alert you on an overnight cook. Need that sound to be customizable. 2. Need Apple Watch compatibility.crog75
Does drop Wi-Fi
Overall it’s a pretty good app when it works. Unfortunately it does drop Wi-Fi often like others have said. It usually reconnects during a cook but it’s quite annoying when it takes quite a while to reconnect.TheBen123
Non-functional
I am sorry I opted for the wi-fi version of the Chimp as the app will not work. Constantly disconnecting though it has a strong signal. At the moment the app is completely frozen with no way to restart except to remove and download again and I’ve done it multiple times now. As others have said, support blames it on my signal but my signal is plenty strong. They need to upgrade their software or get rid of the wi-fi altogether. This has been a waste of money.WFMTguy

WiFi App Does Not Work Consistently At All
I am having the same problems as everyone else. I can go through a reset and get it to work, but the next time I try to use it, it won’t connect.
Today, all my inputs are gone (grill name, etc…). Had to get smoking, so I’ll fool with it tomorrow.
The grill is literally 10’ from a WiFi extender, so it is not my connection. I paid extra to get the WiFi…what a waste of money. Should have gone with a Camp Chef, just sayin’….Carnutzblues
