I was happy to watch my account grow to 240,000 GBP within a couple of weeks. But i didn't realize i was dealing with a scam company, until i tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because i could not afford to let it go. So i tried all possible means to make sure i recovered my scammed bitcoin. • Enough already

This app allows me to create a schedule to turn on and off my ac automatically w/o having to go through the stupid eco setting at each startup. However, lately my unit is showing offline and I've reset my router but it's still not finding it. and the app is constantly wanting to update, and update firmware. I'm going to do that and see if it connects but the deal is I really don't want a big relationship with a stupid little app that's supposed to do one thing and then let me forget about it. If these idiotic updates continue I can guarantee you this will be the last one of these air conditioners I buy. And I will let the manufacturer know it's because of the app constantly pestering me to update . What the heck can need all this updating jeez
  • Worked for 2 Days

I’m not sure what’s going on with this app. I purchased two portable air conditioners the first time around. It was easy to link to my network work fine for two days. The first one went down and then the second one went down unable to link to the network. Nothing change I didn’t make any network changes just from one day to the next just dropped off-line and was unable to reestablish the link online when I try to reestablish the link it will get to the part which says link to cloud and then nothing none of the troubleshooting worked. I shot a message to Hisense and now waiting on a return for some assistance. I hope they figure out a solution.
  • Good, only needs a few small fixes

I like this app and exclusive use it over the remote and buttons on my mini split. It works very well and adds a ton of value.

Small fixes that would make it great:
-Whenever the remote or physical buttons are used on my mini split it switches the unit of measure to the default Celsius but it should remain in Fahrenheit as I set for my preferences.
-The modes in the app are not labeled the same as in the manual for my mini split. This is an issue if I select a mode in the app that is not really supported in the mini split and it results in unexpected behavior
  • Worst. App. Ever.

I will NEVER buy another device that requires this app. Hands down the worst ever. First, you are basically required to use the app because the included remote (for window a/c unit) works only about 1 in 20 attempts. Second, it logs you out of the app constantly, forcing you to log in again; this might be useful security for pharmacy or banking apps, but I doubt many people are trying make me too chilly. Third, when you log in, you get caught in the terms death loop - where you are forced to constantly log in and agree to terms over and over again unless you have the foresight to close the app, which breaks the loop for some reason. Finally, after several redesigns of the app, they made it so that you now have to tap 3 or 4 times to activate the preset on your device - because being able to do it from the main start page was just way too convenient. Nothing says we care about the customer more than constantly improving things to make them more difficult...way to go guys!

  • Newest App Update = Worse Still

UPDATE: Latest app update has rendered my air conditioner unit permanently “offline” despite NO changes to anything and good connections. Every time this app gets updated it seems to get worse. Normally, that wouldn’t bother me for an app as I would just delete it, but the app is ESSENTIAL for this product because the included remote is useless.

PREVIOUS REVIEW: This is one of the few devices where you actually need the app because the remote that comes with the appliance (air conditioner) is so cheap and only randomly functions properly. Today’s update just rendered the App about as useless as the remote. The remote’s power button sometimes takes more than a dozen tries just to work. The App had provided a simple alternative by creating preloaded settings that you could tap once from the Home Screen and be done. NOW, you have to tap a few times past an advertising Home Screen to access those preloaded settings to use your appliance. Really!?!? Updates are supposed to improve functionality and make things BETTER, not worse. Abject failure here guys. Typically I don’t focus too much on appliance brands unless they really make subpar products; Hisense has now made that short list of products to avoid. You had a functional workaround and you just had to screw it up.

  • App Needs Work ASAP

The app used to show the correct status of my HiSense window AC, but has recently started to always show it as off. It will turn on and change the setting through the app, but when it refreshes the status always go to turned off again. The AC will still be on, so I’m not sure why all the sudden the app isn’t getting the correct status. This app really needs to be more reliable, otherwise I will not be recommending any brand appliance that uses this app to others.

Another problem comes with the power consumption statistics that were once reliable and accurate, but have now become a complete joke. This problem started after the last update, and has yet to be fixed. The power usage for August has been saying 120 kWh per day, which is about 3 - 4 entire homes running for a day, not one small window AC used only at night. Totally incorrect readings now, when the hotter month of July shows 2.4 - 3 kWh used per night. Until this is fixed the app will remain 1 star, because now I have no way to track how much power I’m using when the electric bill arrives. Developer response would be appreciated, as my email sent last week has not received a response.
  • Necessary App Because The Remote Is Terrible

This is one of the few devices where you actually need the app because the remote that comes with the appliance (air conditioner) is so cheap. The remote power button alone sometimes takes more than a dozen tries just for the power button to work. Anyway, you definitely need to set up and use pre-set options in the app for the best functionality of your appliance. Just hitting “Power” for me either by remote or by app results in a multitude of different results. It will come on in various speeds (low, medium, high) and various modes (cool, economy, fan) every time you use it. As another reviewer pointed out, switching from economy mode to cool for some inexplicable reason always resets your desired temperature to 79 degrees regardless of the temperature you had it set at. Since you can’t change the defaults in the a/c unit itself, preloaded settings are the way to go. Set up a few for different desired temperature or fan settings. Then just use the app to run the unit. You can quickly just tap a button for what you want and be done with it. I only use the remote included with the unit to turn it off on the way out. Trust me, once you get those preloaded settings in the app, your life will be much easier. (Although that still doesn’t excuse the overly cheap remote control.)

  • Mostly Great, One Major Problem!

The app functions flawlessly to control my Hisense window AC unit. Make sure you use 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, and you also must lower the security to WPA2/WPA when connecting to your network. Nothing to complain about there.
