First Visit

Never used the resort app. We communicated very well using “What’s App”.
Facility does show aging. Repairs would be very noticed. HOWEVER, the staff is always cleaning. I have never had our room refreshed so thoroughly. The hotel and beach are extremely clean.
You sometimes have to ask cleaning staff several times for room items. On the other very positive side, once you connect with concierge staff, you will have everything you ask for almost immediately. It’s a matter of learning their system. The staff at this resort is beyond amazing. They truly attend to every need. We have been treated like royalty honestly. If you need something, ask the right person! We will be back!

App is almost useless hotel is showing age

The hotel is beautiful online. It’s very old and showing it’s age. Rooms had multiple cracks, poor tile repairs and holes in the walls and ceilings.

Resort was always out of Coke and straws and bars were often out of certain ingredients.

The hotel staff are very nice and helpful.

The app is useless. Have to refresh constantly as messages and responses don’t show up for days. Reservations are sometimes there and sometimes not. Restaurants are always booked up.

Loves the swim up room we had but the lanai was broken. Able to use but the sheeting to shield the sun were torn and falling off. For the money and the drive the resort isn’t worth it. If we come back to Jamaica for a 4th time, we are gonna stick to Montego Bay. Same great beaches and not an hour and a half drive.

Garbage

The app is full of dead ends and it’s not even possible to make reservations on it (ie. the entire reason for the app to exist). Absolutely bewildered that the hotel uses this

Horrible app

I want to be clear that I am only rating the app, not the hotel. While the hotel had its flaws, the app itself is borderline useless. The hotel staff swear by it, but will not even trouble shoot then when you ask for service they request you use the app. The app itself often won’t even load messages hotel staff sends making communication extremely difficult. It was also very buggy and would never allow me to order more towels, shampoo, and other basic necessities. This problem was compounded by the fact that hotel staff does not automatically restock these items after cleaning your room. The app is also finicky and often requires several restarts to even load the few pages the app can periodically load.

Essentially non-functional

Even though the resort says to use this app. Don’t bother. It is completely non-functional. The times are all wrong and it doesn’t actually do anything.

Awful garbage

App is so buggy. Have to force close and reopen numerous times not fully translated a lot of the app is Spanish but then it doesn’t even work.

App functions intermittently at best. Need to close and reopen several times for the app to fully load. Info on app is not accurate (restaurant hours); also unable to make reservations on app as encouraged to do by the resort. Do not rely on the app for info…call the front desk!
