Need to fix many things!
I love Francesca’s, but they NEED to update their app AND website. Many sold out items are always shown. It’s irritating having to see an item and then see it’s sold out. The prices don’t match once added to cart, I've been unable to find my wishlist items if I were to search them up by their listed name. It’s very difficult to shop under these circumstances.

Arghhh
This app is so glitchy! I can never seem to be able to use it and need to switch to the web browser. It has not added items to my cart, will not let me navigate back to where I was scrolling and have to re-scroll to my spot, and currently is giving me an error and unable to load .. I LOVE THIS STORE, so pleaseeeee fix your app!

Great place to shop, but still has A LOT of technical issues
I love getting all of the clothes & accessories here! And always have. But when using the app, it never really loads the page when you try to go to a certain section or category of clothes you're shopping for in, for instance, a clearance page. Even searching a particular item doesn't match up either. Which is why I resort to shopping the Francesca's website instead.

Update Your Filters
Literally EVERYTHING you click on is “out of stock”. Add a filter.

So Glitchy
This app is so difficult to use. A bunch of the pages say they can’t connect and my cart never shows all the items I added or it’ll remove items after repeatedly adding them back. Please fix these glitches.
Love the shop hate the app
The app is very disorganized. There’s a long list of dress categories and many of those say that they have no dresses in that category when you click on them.
This is not for the niche categories though like “wedding guest”, that one actually has dresses. The ones that have nothing are the ones that are for the midi and maxi dresses. It’s very annoying and inconvenient that their is nothing in these categories because now I have to click on the MANY niche categories to find any dresses that aren’t mini.
I hope they fix this because it’s been like this for awhile.

Needs fixes
I love the clothing this place offers but the app has so many bugs, literally half of the app doesn’t work and it’s disappointing. I know there are more clothes from this company that the app does not offer so it feels like I’m missing out on items. I could go to the physical location but it would be nice to be able to use the app and order.

I love this store, but it’s impossible to buy in the app, it does not load products, the performance and the filters are terrible
