Pretty app design, but function feels like a beta version so far.
Pretty graphics and design, but certain features are glitchy. The cart feature was inconsistent, and didn’t save updates in between browsing and shopping —I removed an item from my cart multiple times, but every time I added a new item and went back to view the cart, the item I removed was back. I also made a few unsuccessful attempts to add an item to my cart (response was that my cart was empty), only to close the app and come back to the same item added to my cart three times.
Search could be improved as well — there should be a “view all” option under categories. For instance, I had to view each frame shape individually for sunglasses because there was no “show all sunglasses” option).
Excited that Francesca’s finally has an app, but perhaps make sure it works before releasing it to the public. Seems like I’ll be shopping on the website for a little longer.
