  • Terrible app

    Keeps resetting the hearing aids. Have to restart it every time the hearing aids are shut off
  • Horrible Connection

    For a company that prides itself, and connected with BOSE this is an absolutely horrible app. It takes numerous times to try to connect. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times with still no luck. It's a hit or miss if you will ever get a connection. once connected there seems to be no issues but connection is the worst.

  • New feature idea

    Should have a feature where a person can manually input the audiogram taken at an audiologists office as opposed to testing on your own. Some people may choose to go OTC as opposed to buying prescription aids even after a test.

  • Too many phone restarts needed

    This app would probably be okay if I didn’t have to constantly power my phone off and on to get access to it, and a contact at Lexie admitted to this problem. App is very important for full and proper use of hearing aids, and is a main reason, Lexie tells you, for buying their product- the B1 aids in my case. I may need to return my aids if Lexie is unwilling or unable to fix it. 12/21/22 update: developer sent note indicating that they have “improved the app and it should be working to your needs now “. However there was no change and I still need to restart my phone every day in order to modify the hearing aid’s volume . I spoke with hearing aids mfg about this incorrect statement by the developer, and am hoping for an update as to what can be done soon. So at this time, the app is still not working properly.1/27/23 Update: App still not working properly. Only way to access it is to power phone off and on……But what happens if this method fails? Aids may be fine, but Lexie inability to fix connectivity problems should leave all to consider if it’s worth taking a chance on them when they can’t seem to make very important and key app work properly.

  • App won’t work without Wi-Fi ?

    B1’s sound fine, Bluetooth working good. Problem is app doesn’t work when Wi-Fi is not present. Wi-Fi is not always available everywhere you go. How am I supposed to change environment settings when there is no Wi-Fi ? Mobile data doesn’t work either.

  • Working better than last month!

    Lousy software doesn't connect without tons of workarounds!! Update 11/21/2022 app is working better on connecting or the workaround I found is making it better. I must make Bluetooth forget B2's devices before I launching App to connect without a problem. Love the B2 hearing aids!! Update 11/27/2022 needs more work still not connecting without a hassle. New review connecting better on every try 12/09/22. Working very good still need to have Bluetooth on iPhone forget this device before launching app, but that’s no problem.

  • Aids won’t help if they won’t pair.

    Purchased B1’s and after a day of irritation with trying to keep devices paired, I gave up and sent them back. The left receiver would not stay paired, and that’s my bad ear. Very disappointing because when they did work, they seemed to be exactly what was needed. Judging by previous reviews, this is a known issue. Please fix it.

  • Why are most recent reviews negative?

    My new out of the box B1s are much better looking than my old Lexie aids. I only wish I could use them. The app refused to detect one aid and keeps scanning and scanning.
    Uninstalled app (a pita), deleted any aids from phone, turned bt on/off, same w wireless (yes aids use my wireless). No good. Developers have been working on app since Oct. Dont they test their software before releasing it with highly publicized well reviewed hearing aids? (App wouldnt detect both aids, then deleted my acct after about 17 mos w old Lexie aids. I should have known and not trusted such a smooth sales job.

  • Terrible non existent customer support

    There are connectivity issues with Bluetooth. Customer support refuses to help. Only a very rude sales person calls and picks a fight by stating absurdities and lies. Worst customer service ever. No one should buy this product until they fix their support department and stop having a sales person answer the suport line. I think Lexie bit off more than it can chew when it decided to get into Bose hearing aids. My hearing aids are now completely unreliable due to the connectivity issues and they are only a couple of months old. My old pair of Bose worked fine with never a glitch with the Bose hearing app.

  • Ok app except for one thing…

    Please integrate better with iOS face/touch ID. Having to re-enter phone number and password every time you open the app is annoying and very confusing for those who aren’t as phone savvy. I spoke with tech support and they did not have a solution. I was able to store the password in apple’s password vault but it’s still 5+ steps to login to the app. Very happy with the product overall but this one issue has been problematic for family members.
    They are using a 6s with Touch ID but I tried on my 14pro and it was no different.
