Great way to keep in touch with my brothers
I absolutely love this app! I love the service that they provide. It's one of the very few things offered that provides a true value, rather than paying lip service to the idea of it.
There is a slight bug with the app when I use my iPhone and voice to text. It sometimes erases the text spontaneously. Not a big deal though! This app is so valuable, that I don't think small glitch like that deserves any demerit.
The only other thing I would add is that a lot of facilities are doing things all over the country to try and limit the mail our loved ones can receive. This includes cards and letters from loved ones. Luckily, this app is becoming a more and more recognized name, and I am happy to report that my cards have been getting through to most facilities.grazograber

My friend has been away for while and I’d often have to send pictures from his family and friends which requires me remembering to get to post office. When he told me about this app I was thankful and figured I’d only us it to send a picture every now and again. But I actually send at least 2 a week to be able to keep him and the loop and give him something to look forward to. Sometimes it’s just a meme with some words attached sometimes it’s pictures of something we done that week but he appreciates it. And I definitely appreciate this app! It does take a little longer to get to him than regular mail, but that’s no biggy. I do hate that there is no way to communicate with company when there’s a issue or question but other than that I love this app and I also love that they give back!!2345nit

This was the only app that could help the poor or struggling families that can’t get ahold of their family and can’t afford another way to. It was awesome and had clarity in the pictures on the postcards and would do everything for free, limited to a reasonable 3 times a month. Now I have tried using this app, it has sent very pixelated images and now costs 2$ for a postcard. It’s fine and makes sense to charge but I wish someone could take their place to help us for free cause some of us can’t afford to give them money for commissary and food, and when they go without those things, it’s hard to go without a letter from their loved ones. I loved this app and will pay later when I ca. afford it but will have to send letters in envelopes for now. No picturesdakotashaii
