  • Update you app!!!!!

    Great concept for by now pay later .. very good selection in stores BUT the app almost NEVER works. Each time I log in , the app prompts me that I have my password wrong !!! being as though I have to change it each time at this point I definitely KNOW what my password is which tells me it’s a glitch in your app . Also “forgot password “ option does no good !!!! Haven’t been able to
    Log in my account for weeks !!!! The link sent via email navigates me back to the site with no option to reset pw .. legit just shows the word “ reset “ with no option to change a pw or anything . DONT RUN A SITE of your members can’t even log in and your links don’t even work to resolve the issue

  • SCAMMER!!

    Beware of this company. If this is your first time to this site…. RUN. This company is a scammer. You will make a purchase and Four will take your first payment. The store you made the purchase too will cancel your order. They probably knows this company is a scammer too. Four refusing to refund you your money. You may need change all of your bank information if Four have them on file. I have read that they have constantly charge others accounts when they don’t even have the items. I had sent numerous emails and even sent proof of my cancellation. I still haven’t received my money back BUT Four is being track down. You scamming people out there money will not last long. Go get a job like the rest of us!!!!! Zip, Afterpay and Klarna are LEGIT websites/apps that you can actually purchase things from them.

  • Has good intentions but needs a lot of improvement

    Paywithfour is great for those who shop on a budget, but there are many issues. For one, the lack and delay of customer service. They need to improve on the response time. Also, a lot of issues when it comes to using their card. For example, if you use their card for a purchase, and let’s say the merchant cancels your purchase order immediately, paywithfour doesn’t pick that up right away. Even if you try to advise them about the cancellation, screen shots are not proof of cancellation. They must wait for the merchant. But the delay is not with the merchant, it’s the app. It takes 2 weeks to have your account refunded and updated. That’s a major issue that needs to be resolved.

  • Great when it works correctly…which it hardly does

    Most of the time the app will generate a card to make a purchase but when you try to checkout with the card number it gives you for your purchase 3/4 times it doesn’t work. Then you have to keep cancelling and recreating cards until finally one works. If your unfortunate it won’t let you cancel it and it takes up to 2 weeks to get your money back and for you get get your available spending money back on the app. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Literally a joke for customer service. I would not recommend this app unless you absolutely need to use it for a large purchase.

  • Use Klarna or Afterpay

    I've used Klarna and Afterpay many times with 0 issues so I decided to try Four. The app tells me I have $1,866 available spend. I tried to make a $300 purchase and got an error message saying to try a lower amount. They still took the money for the order from my bank, though! Four themselves declined the purchase, but still took the money? That makes 0 sense. I contacted support and they told me my account isn't approved to make any purchases right now. Then why say I have $1,866 available? How am I supposed to know when I CAN make purchases? I'm just supposed to try again and keep getting the money taken out of my bank? Ridiculous system lol. You won't know if you're actually approved until you attempt a purchase.

  • Do not use app

    This is one of the worse apps I have ever used. I tried to place a order with the card if gave me and it said it was declined and to make another so I did and it got declined and then when I talk to customer service they tell me I will be hearing from another department and they never contact you. I will have to go through my bank to get a refund since they took the money out of my account and want refund it or cancel my payment plans for a purchase that didn’t go through. I have two kids to take care of and was ordering items for them so now I will have to wait on a new card thank to this app. They took over $75 dollars out my account and I have payments coming up that I don’t owe for. Please don’t use this app. Oh and if I could leave a zero star rating I would. I tried to use it on buy buy baby and I called them to see if it was a problem on their end and they said they don’t accept four as a payment option and it shouldn’t be on their app so it’s definitely a scam.

  • Four Pay Later

    I don’t typically write a review on the apps I download and use. Let’s face it. We have a lot of apps on our phones. This one is the exception. I have been with Four since the beginning. It’s come a long way. They could have more retailers or course, but they have added a lot over the time they’ve been around. I’ve never had to call Customer Service. It could be better sure, but they’ve gone out of their way to improve the app and the experience it is today. I see the potential and for that I give it 3 stars. Good not great, and far from perfect. But getting there.

  • Buggy

    I’ve been using these guys for about a year, and normally they’re pretty good. Obviously they’re a newer app so they’re working and I’ve noticed a big difference. Unfortunately recently there has been a bug and I can’t create a card, it keeps saying oops something went wrong bad request. I emailed back-and-forth for a while with support, and they did try to help, but we never got a resolution. I’m noticing looking at the reviews that people are having the same issue as of the last couple of days. Otherwise I recommend the app - it works well other than this bug and they have good stores

  • Charged me and I never got my order

    My first order with four went very well. No issues. Was able to order through the app and everything went smooth. My second order however was a nightmare. The app kept freezing up. I finally got my order placed after having issues using the four card to pay for my order. They took the money out of my bank account, but my order never showed up to the merchant. I emailed and tried to chat with a representative to fix the problem, and sent in screenshots of my bank account to where they took the money out. Customer service replied, asked for the pictures and the problem, and I waited 30 minutes on the chat waiting for a response and got nothing. Finally they came back and said they were passing it to somebody. It has now been over 24 hours and I still have not received any information about moving forward with my order (which is what I wanted to do) or a refund. I use “buy now, pay later” apps all the time. I probably have almost all of them that are available in the US. By far Four has been the worst on customer service and communication.
