  • I’m so shocked by how transformative it’s been

Despite the safeguards they have in place to avoid this very problem, I ended up purchasing a year-long subscription by accident. I’m so happy that I did. I was mostly interested in the ADHD and hormones module but had to complete 4 other modules before I had access to the rest. This kinda made me rush through the beginning because I wanted to see the rest of the library before the end of the trial period (though I had already failed so that ended up not mattering).
The task avoidance module is what really sold me on the app, I learned so many things that I’m actually implementing (E.g., chunking, RAIN). It’s already changing the way I think (aim for 80% completion not 100% perfection). I’m genuinely excited to do my lesson every day.
I took of a star for two—probably mutually exclusive—reasons: 1. Locking the library during the trial period is a turn off. I get it for people with little understanding of their ADHD, but there are certain things that I already knew this to wish I could’ve skipped. Though I think I picked the first 4. But I also understand why having all the modules available could be overwhelming (I’m experiencing this rn).
    2. Even though I just said I didn’t like the prescribed module order, I wish there were like paths we could choose that would have a stack of modules to follow. Choosing what to focus on gets overwhelming.

  • SO helpful!!

I found inflow after being diagnosed AUDHD as an adult. I immediately dove into the modules, which not only were educational but extremely validating. They gave me language to characteristics about myself and have helped me develop life-changing coping strategies, habits, and supports. The body doubling sessions have been game-changing, and the community is super welcoming & caring. The app is created specifically for people with ADHD, which I love! The interface is clean and undistracting, the modules are brief (yet still full of helpful info), the font & paragraphs are easy to read, etc, etc. I’ve tried several other apps that claimed to be for ADHD, and it was clear they were just a general apps marketing themselves as such. They were awful & not helpful at all! Not the case with inflow! They also go above & beyond to remind you about cancelling your free trial (bc adhd) and offer a financial assistance program. I’m so impressed I haven’t heard of any other apps doing that! I could go on, but this is always way too long 😅 I couldn’t recommend inflow enough!!

Hello RMM_Reviews, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this helpful feedback. We know that ADHDers are best supported by ADHD-specific skills and techniques, understanding and compassion, and accurate information about how the ADHD mind works so we can identify opportunities to implement those new skills. We also appreciate you highlighting our financial assistance and support for free trial cancelation - those policies are important to us (bc ADHD 😅)! If you ever have more feedback to share, please feel free to reach out to our support team at hello@getinflow.io - we are always happy to hear your thoughts!
  • Game changer

This is an amazing app with a lot of great resources in the modules. But the best parts are the live action components. You get a personal adhd coach which is powerful when you need specific help to navigate setbacks. But you also have access to group activities! These might sound weird but are GAMECHANGERS. Think co-working with others who have ADHD and who get it. We keep each other pushing and focused, and reminders to be kind to ourselves when it’s hard or we get stuck. Callie and the team are fabulous at this and truly helped turn the tide on my overwhelm and anxiety.

I’ve gone from panic attacks daily to using my tools. I’m not such an angry and impulsive mom- though I am a work in progress. And the app has helped me help my kids navigate their neurodivergent brains too.

Grateful isn’t the word. It’s been life saving.

I recently was able to pull myself out of a burnout cycle. Before I had no clue what it was. I’m better because of this safe space. I’ve met so many great people and this community is invaluable.

Go sign up. Don’t hesitate. It’s worth every penny if you have it, and if you don’t, reach out for financial support bc they have it!

The test is accurate and it’s used to guide your modules which is amazing, but it’s the people who care and teach you to love yourself again l, and to set realistic markers for success that matter most of all.

Do it. Get plugged in. You won’t regret it.

  • It’s definitely a good app

The way the app is structured makes it very ADHD user friendly, the information is good and the way it’s presented allows you to move through the program at your own pace. The lessons are informative and most importantly, the people that are behind this app all seem to have ADHD themselves and to me, that’s important. Nothing worse than having someone who doesn’t know what it feels like to have ADHD, tell you what you need to do in order to overcome obstacles associated with ADHD.

I used to be a member awhile back and they used to have a message coaching feature that doesn’t seem to be there anymore so that is kind of disappointing. They also don’t seem to be doing as many webinars so I hope that picks up again because after you get through all the learning modules there isn’t much left to keep a person subscribing aside from the webinars and coaching.

I highly recommend signing up for additional inflow 1:1 coaching. They brought the price down quite a bit so it’s a lot more affordable and the personal coaching is so so helpful.

  • It’s good, but not what I expected

I’m going through a really hard period of struggle to focus and doing tasks. And even tho this app has the tools to help you with that, it’s not too friendly with the extreme struggle to read something that you may not be interested or you may but can’t find enough energy or willingness to do. I was gonna cancel my subscription because I had 48 hrs left of my free trial BUT IT WAS SO HARD TO FIND WHERE TO DO IT, as I didn’t find it, I got distracted by something and you know, to my brain a already started doing it so it was off of my to do list. Sadly it was only when i got the notification of my bank account that i remembered that I couldn’t find where to unsubscribe, therefore they charged my for a month, almost $50 bucks that I really needed it and I’m not even use in this app. I’ll strongly suggest to have the unsubscribe bottom right in the settings of the app and not only in the website, especially if you know that your customers struggle with adhd.

  • Customer Service and Content Lacking

I really wanted to love this app. I need it. However, as I got into my free trial, I noticed that the things that appealed to me most, like a coach, were left lacking badly. I go through the questions to match me with the right person, etc. There are only 2 coaches. One or the other. So all the hoopla about matching me to someone for me is not real. They don’t even have both sexes available as a coach. It’s one woman or the other woman. I emailed the Dr. Who was emailing me every few minutes about a session asking questions and got no response. Reached out to customer service and was told “ Unfortunately we do not have a male ADHD coach. If you are interested in coaching, please move forward with the options we have in the onboarding process. Thank you.”

I responded that I took my trial over Thanksgiving and didn’t get to use it until we got back and wondered if I could get more time? No response. So I’m out. Great idea and concept that doesn’t seem to work or deliver on everything it says. And that’s sad because as I said, I need a program like this.

  • Awful ADHD helper

You know, in today’s ultra-monetized world, it’s hard to find something not tainted by the poison of mobile phone ads and useless currency. But to make me pay for my mental health with an outrageous fee of $17 a month, is pure and utter evil. When the toxicity of capitalized greed was just for mobile games and social media, that was fine. But when it spreads to therapy and mental health helpers, that should raise a few questions. If Wall Street expects me to pay $17 a month for something I have no control over, I won’t. This app says too bad to the people who can’t afford it, but need the help, leaving them rummage around the App Store for the help they need. What fat cat billionaire thinks people will pay $17 a month for help with a mental problem?! This app is such proof that there is evil in the world, I’m surprised the app developer isn’t Satan himself. This is ridiculous, and I will not stand for it! Don’t get this app.

  • Best Body Doubling sessions - why cancel them?

I finally found an app that works for me.. I tried a ton of things, body doubling discord, Study Together discord, setting up sessions with friends, having body doubling sessions with my ADHD coach. Was about to try Focusmate but there is such friction to setting up a session, and what if you get a weirdo. Then I found Inflow. My productivity doubled because of the body doubling sessions. I discontinued bc of the price, went back to finding and alternative, and then I caved and paid for a year (there’s a way to pay w/o paying for coaching). Aaah, finally my productivity increased again!!! I especially love the Tessa sessions, great for people on the West Coast. The timer is shared, you can be on or off camera. You state your goal and work with a timer for 25 mins on, 5 mins off. Then you update what you’ve done or comment if you catch yourself getting distracted. Others cheer you on and give helpful tips, including the lovely Tessa. There’s a sense of community. They aren’t well-advertised, so maybe not too many people don’t know about them. But people KEEP COMING BACK. There are regulars, and a sense of community. The only problem was that they didn’t have enough sessions and didn’t cover all the days. And then.. I hear that instead of having more zoom sessions, they’re discounting the ones I most love!! Please, Inflow, don’t do this. I guess I’ll have to find another alternative.

It's wonderful to hear that you've found an app that's truly making a positive impact on your productivity and study routine.Thank you for sharing your experience with Inflow and your thoughts about the changes. It's clear that this app has had a significant positive impact on your productivity journey. I understand your concern about the potential changes to the app, particularly the alterations to the sessions you enjoy most. It's understandable to be apprehensive about shifts that could affect the positive experience you've found. In the meantime, if you do explore other options, I hope you find a solution that suits your needs as effectively as Inflow has.
  • Was not very helpful for me.

In the beginning it seemed like a good app but it was sooo much reading. For a lot of the “modules” the app reads the text for you but I felt very under-stimulated and no longer felt motivated after 2 days of just continuously reading and taking quizzes about what I read about over and over again.
One thing I struggled with the most with ADHD is grade school and school settings and I noticed the trauma coming back of trying to keep up with readings and being tested on my “intelligence”. When I saw the add for this app, they had that AHDH friendly text advertised and I couldn’t figure out how to activate that feature.
We also get personal coaches but mine flat out told me after just two days of using the app that she was going to be out of office for five whole days of my 7 day free trial. The feedback they were giving me also was not helpful as they only replied with validations that my feelings mattered rather than providing quality advice. My experience was very poor on my end unfortunately.

  • Critical Need for this App! Life changing..Make discount info explicit

I'm taking the time to provide you with feedback related to my experience with inflow. The only complaint I have is my coach was never available during my subscription so I missed out.

I have suffered with ADHD my entire life but was not diagnosed until my late 20s. The negative self talk is ingrained and the app helped with that pertinent information.

This app changed my life in a short time. My concern is that the access program and student discount information are not explicitly stated when you sign up. I fear that people who need the service may miss this opportunity.

Also, financial challenges occur by happenstance especially with ADHDers. I am facing a financial hardship but I at one time had a paid subscription. Making the access program open for people in crisis might help. Maybe with the support of a qualified mental health professional or the like. Maybe a month at a discount or including information under access to help ADHDers learn to manage their finances. You have an amazing opportunity to change lives.

Have you considered an ambassador program? I say this because I would suggest this app to everyone I know with ADHD. I am faculty at a university, and I believe me and our personalized learning center could promote this service. Nonetheless, I am thankful for the time I was able to participate.
