App crashes if you don’t tip 15%
Pressed is good, the app works EXCEPT for when you want to change the tip. By default, the app will add a 15% tip to your order (even for pickup). If you want to change that to say 10% or a fixed tip - then the app will crash when you try to place the order. The only way to actually place a full order (for pickup) is to accept the default 15% tip. I believe the app is deliberately designed this way to force the customer to pay what is basically a forced 15% surcharge.Show lessDifficult to use new release

Unable to place order
They say tip is optional but the app doesn’t let you change the tip. You have to put in your payment method first and it can’t be changed afterwards. If you try to change the tip first the payment options don’t show up and the app crashes.tenls1383
Location settings inaccurate
The app will not allow me to change my store pick up location and keeps defaulting back to a location, over 40 miles from me. My home location has pick up and home delivery, and it will not allow me to change my pick up settings. No point in using the app if I have to call in.GCK007

Horrible app, Great juices
This app keeps crashing. It also doesn’t let me adjust the tip. If I try to adjust the tip, it says I haven’t chosen a payment method. If I choose a payment method it makes me pay straight away without being able to adjust the tip. Every time I add a juice to my cart it throws me all the way to the top of the juice page, and I can’t just continue adding juices from where I was. I also wish the ingredients of the juices were listed under their names so I wouldn’t have to click on each juice and go to a separate page to remember what is in each juice. My previous orders are not listed on the app and there’s no way to just reorder a previous order.Show lessoldcookie
Tipping error
After several attempts, the app forced me to give a larger tip and would not allow me to alter it. I clicked on the other button, but it quickly went to review payment and after 10 attempts of restarting, trying to edit payment etc. I was unable to give the tip I wanted. Missing producy
Wish they would have delivered everything. Called within 5 min of delivery. Customer service didn’t seem to care too much and just offered a small refund for missing products. Not really apologetic. Wish they would have sent the products and offered the discount as wellacacamy
