App needs some work to do
I had to stop purchasing here since I could not earn points due to not being signed into my app. I keep trying to sign in without any luck. I enter my email but I never receive the link to reset my password (yes, I checked my spam folder too :/ )💏💑😝💗😄✌
Annoying
Not only does the app ask me to leave a review on a regular basis (leave me alone) but it also has a few annoying glitches. When browsing the store, you can click a product to get more information. However, when you click back and return to the storefront, it automatically scrolls back to the top. Also, when auto-filling a password, the app acts like the field is empty. Good not great
I’ve been a Pressed fan for years.
I can live off this stuff.
I’ve seen their app when it first launched and even their website way back when they introduced a ton of their features and they’ve always had bugs. Slight inconveniences that need to be improved. They’ve come a long way and the app still sticks slightly. It’s fully functional, but had some issues to be ironed out.

What a great customer service I received at the location in Arcadia California I went on January 9 at 12pm the gentleman that help me explain to me about the application and the juices what they are good for I’m excited to taste it for the first time looking forward on buying every weekmrsescobedo
App ordering
I did not like how the app tries to force you to the default tip level. You have to go back out the order to reset it rather than allowing you to set it before you add your payment details. Feels counter intuitive compared to the way other apps or online ordering handles tip setting. I am sure many people place the wrong tip level inadvertently…but perhaps that is the intent of the design.Show lessTheFreakyBadger
Useless and buggy
The login is finicky and doesn’t work. Without being able to sign in to use my account (eg accrue points, use credits, etc) there isn’t much use for the app. Way too buggy - better to just use the website from my phone.Irongazelle
Amazing 3 Day Cleanse!
So I just completed my 3 day juice cleanse for the 3rd time this year. Simply amazing! Fantastic Customer service at the Burnet road location. Super professional and informative staff. All 3 days of juices had amazing high quality flavor and bottled presentation. I felt amazing all 3 days, alert, focused, full and energized with zero cravings for goodies or foods.
