  • Designer with Crazy Days & ADHD

    As a Professional Interior Designer my day-to-day is nuts with logistics. Most Days gives me my moment of calm and smiles .. when i get a moment 🤣. Plus it gives me an outlet to keep my routine in sight … I love that i can find support from like minded individuals 🙏🏼. Good on you Must Days … Keep on the Social path for good. 😍♥️

  • Not Ready for Prime Time 😿

    This app was recommended to me, and I agreed that it looked intriguing, and looked to be backed up by real science. So I was happy to give it a serious try.

    I tried at least twice to create a new account in this app, including five times of trying to save my list of routines and habits (20 items, re-created each time 🙀), and I still don’t have an account!

    Did I see a mention in one of the pages that this is an ALPHA piece of software?!! It sure feels like it. I wasted a couple hours wrestling with this thing. And now my mood is worse; thank you. 😿

  • Worth it

    There’s community and it’s all free. It’s such an amazing app. You get support you need, privacy if you need it, and an actual check list of things to do it even helps you come up with stuff. I love this app and it’s clear that it’s creators actually care about people
  • Bug Report

    I just started using the app so I can’t give my opinion yet, but I wanted to inform the developers of a bug. I downloaded the app and began to go through filling out the profile when I had to put down my phone. When I returned to my phone a few minutes later, the app froze and I got a message that said “Oops, this page works most days. Please restart the application.” I did restart and was met with the same error message. This happened repeatedly until I had to delete the app and re-install. Now, the error message has gone away and the app works, but I wanted to report the bug :)

  • Shift workers

    I really do like this app and it helps with almost every mental health issue I have.
    The only complaint is that a lot of the solutions is a proper sleep schedule. I understand regular sleep schedules is a core of health but I’d like to learn some tips and tricks for shift workers. I work two days, two nights, and then off for four. My circadian rhythm is a mess and I want help managing it.

  • This doesn’t work well

    It doesn’t keep accurate track of my completed habits. When I mark them as completed, it forgets or unmarks them and I have to go back several times to mark them again, even into the next day. I like the concept here, though and think it would be very helpful if it actually kept track of the accomplished daily habits I have recorded. I’ve been looking for something like this and would be very happy with it if it actually worked.

  • Won’t Open

    Pressed “continue” on first/main page (the one stating “You’re about to start the journey of self-improvement”), loads for a second, then changes back to “continue”. If I press “Log in” at the bottom, it will bring me to a sign in page, but when I press “create an account”, it goes back to the main page. Please fix.

    This app is great. I have one suggestion: I am annoyed that the feed pops up when you open the app. I think the first thing you should see when opening the app is your Home Screen with your routine, daily mood log, etc. The feed popping up over the home screen feels like a rude interruption to the main reason that I am using the app which is habit and mood tracking. Connecting with a community is an important part but it’s not the most important. By having it pop up without having the option to disable this feature, I now have a negative association with the feed as I feel it is being forced on me before I have a minute to ground myself.

    i’m not one to write reviews EVER lol. but this app really helps so freaking much. dealing with silent battles takes soo much out of me, but seeing someone sent me a hug or clapped for my 40% completed checklist makes me feel seen, heard, and most importantly less alone. thank you to whoever created this app <3
