  • Can’t get back on

    This app is great but I can’t get back on by signing into my account. I was going to register for a full year subscription but will not pay if I can’t sign up. I am eligible for the app scholarship fee. I want to be able to login without having a by issues.
    The daily check ins helped me with my anxiety and depression. I wouldn’t have gotten through that period of my life without this app.

  • Choose My Message Delivery Time

    Without fail, I receive a message at 8 AM from my habit coach. Unfortunately at 8 AM every day I am doing one of two things… Either I am at work and unable to look at the message Monday through Friday… Or on my weekends at 8 AM I am sleeping.

    I am ready to start thinking about my habits and my MostDays app in the evening, but I don’t know how or if I can change the time of the habit coach messages. I replied to Wen habit coach message, requesting assistance, but did not receive a useful reply.

    Hi Shreeke - this is editable in your notification settings. 8AM is just the default. If you go to your Profile > Settings (gear icon) > Notifications > Reminders you'll see where you can edit this time to your liking.   • Just keeps getting better!

    I’ve been using this app for over a year now and I love it! Each new release gets better and better, and Sage, the AI habit coach, has been a thoughtful and really helpful addition. It’s so nice to have an app that gently helps you stay on track and improve your life and habits without scolding you or making you feel like you have to do everything, every day, perfectly, in order to make progress. I can see the improvements in my health and mood even when I’m absent for a while. It is well worth the subscription!
