    Set your own goals- or use ones they offer. Quick videos that are only a few minutes each to make sure I am on track. I love that it focuses on making progress and keeping it simple!! Amazing for anxiety depression grief and so much more!!!

    this app is definitely such a great app to keep track of your lifestyle + mental health. i’ve def been more in touch w my daily routine now & more motivated tbh. 💗

    🪴 some things i want to suggest:
    - be able to edit mood logs/daily posts
    - more of journaling + maybe a separate area for journaling (i feel like this would be such a great addition; i feel better when i write on the daily posts)

  • This Deserve More Reviews!!

    ‼️TOTALLY FREE‼️ Why this app hasn’t blown up yet I’ll never understand! I struggle with severe depression and anxiety, and forming a routine and actually having the motivation to do it every day is one of my biggest obstacles. Within only 4 days of using this app I’m more productive, optimistic, and already feel like i have a great group of supporters cheering me on (even the CEO, thanks Brent!). My boyfriend and my grandma both joined as my accountability partners, and they love it too! This app has brought us closer together and we feel ready to take on each day as it comes!

    Won’t let me get past « looks good » stage
  • ADHD Godsend

    My ADHD makes me struggle to wrap my head around all the things I need to do when I wake up, before bed, or even through the day. So this app has been a godsend to help remind me of those things but also take the pressure off of myself for once. I open the app a couple of times in the morning to look at my morning routine to see if there’s anything I forgot. Same at night, etc. It’s helped me stick to my goals and remove some anxiety.

    I also love the pre-made routines. Has some brilliant ideas we can integrate into our own routines.

    I love that there’s no ads or “pro” version. simple and efficient. Can add an accountability partner also.

    I love that we can choose to engage with this huge community of like-minded people who are also working on themselves, or we can choose to make our information and routines private if that’s what we prefer. Seeing others be vulnerable about what they’re also facing helps us realize we’re not alone in these feelings.

    This app is just great.

    This app isn’t working. i’ve had to remake my list 3 times and when i finally got passed it, it wouldn’t let me go passed the “Looks Good!” page.
  • Love the idea but can’t get past sign up

    I keep trying but each time I try to set the intentions and finish sign up- it fails to advance and takes me back to the start. Annoying bug

    I’ve been using this app for a few days and I am happy with how much I’ve been using it. I do things in mind to cross things off this list and I look forward to posting them and seeing my own progress. I’m hoping to use this app throughout this year, and honestly the rest of my life!
  • App doesn’t work

    I was really excited about this app. So imagine my disappointment when I started creating my account and couldn’t progress farther than “finalize routine”. I keep pressing the Looks Good button and the little circle spins for a fraction of a second and then blips back to Looks Good. Over and over again. I deleted the program and loaded it again … same thing. Please tell me this is something they will fix.

    Trying this out to share with clients who struggle with routines. 🙌 I don’t necessarily struggle with routines but struggle with keeping myself accountable.

    So far, I really like this apps concept and the percentage it assigns helps me not self-sabotage & reminds me it’s okay to be flexible and self-compassionate with myself.
