  • Good Application works

    Good application works as it should, but I wish that they would show every other location in your surrounding area that has what you are looking for, and they need to start selling single sockets and wrenches and other items as well because sometimes you don’t need a whole set. And why do I need to bring my whole set of sockets or wrenches back to the store for the warranty when all you need is the broken ones and do the exchange? I don’t understand why that would be a hassle to just do the exchange on the broken tools instead of having to bring in the whole set because I don’t save the packaging for any tools that I own I keep them all on socket racks or loose in the drawers in my toolbox so I don’t have any packaging so This makes a problem for me when I need to get the warranty replacement done?? How do you fix this problem harbor freight??? Because there’s a lot of people like me in this same situation and they are all probably having the same issues.

    To whom it may concern
    My name is Cliff Harwell and I am a member card holder and just fill as though sometimes I don’t get the treatment through customer service that I should get. I think someone should be at the door if you holder there should be a special discount more often for card holders because we were willing to pay something others weren’t, definitely taking into account and it doesn’t have to be anything big or extravagant just something to make people feel like their hard money was spent on something that was worth it. I love HarborFreight. I will always stick with them as long as they keep having tools that are affordable for the average man or average person that doesn’t make big extravagant money we need something for the middleman and HarborFreight is it I take that when I say that, and so that’s the way you should be treated when you walk in you are that extravagant person that deserves extravagant treatment no matter what tool brand you’re selling them.

  • Great Store - Great App

    I am delighted to discover Harbor Freight. And the Harbor Freight App and website helped me to find out just how good Harbor Freight is.
    I needed a 27mm 6 point socket to remove the top of the oil filter canister on my 2018 F-150 STX. Not everyone even had one to offer. But Harbor Freight came up on the Google search as having it in stock very close to my apartment. So I made the short drive over to their Katy location and very quickly found exactly what I saw on their website. And it was half the price of all the other 27 mm 6 point sockets I saw offered by other stores. And it was made in Taiwan. Superb quality.
    And I took the time to browse around and I really liked the high quality and low prices I saw. I will be considering Harbor Freight in my future tool purchases. And I would recommend it to anyone for consideration.
    Also, the people at Harbor Freight, Katy were kind and happy. Which made my visit and day happy.

  • Harbor Freight Customer, 30+ Years

    I was a outside computer sales guy for a place in Thousand Oaks and I was canvassing the Camarillo area for new clients when I stumbled upon the open door of a small warehouse. I walked inside and figured they didn’t need anything I could offer but I quickly realized that they had the best prices on tools and supplies that I had ever seen. I quickly told my friends and family about the small warehouse in Camarillo that sold tools for very good prices and we were all hooked on the place and have referred many people over many years.
    Now harbor freight has become a significant source for way more than tarps and chain, now they are a big time retail outfit with a online shopping experience that is very easy to access every single item that harbor freight offers for sale 24 hours a day everyday.
    I am very impressed by the quality and value of the equipment and materials that harbor freight offers and I have been and I will continue to be a loyal harbor freight customer.

  • One of the better store apps

    HFT is one of the better store apps. - The search is intuitive. On some store apps, you have to exactly enter what the store calls an item instead of its function or ‘trade name’. HFT’s search engine is intuitive and just about always on the money. - By saving searches, it’s easy to create a shopping list to use when you get in the store. - When it comes to inventory availability, there is a bit of a lag time. It appears that inventory numbers are updated periodically, so if you have a distance to drive to the HFT store, it’s best to look up the phone number in the app and call the store to make sure it’s in stock. With that said, when it comes to sale items, “You snooze, you lose” applies. At my store, if you wait until the last day of a sale, it’s doubtful if you’ll find any sale items on the shelves.
    A nice touch is that the instruction manuals are normally included in the listing. This makes it easy to download the manual to your computer so you’ll have a ‘forever’ copy. In all, this is a recommended app that is enjoyable to use.

  • Easy to use; good tool shopping support

    The Harbor Freight ap is generally easy to use It has good tool and tool deal shopping functions.

    The ap has one annoying feature. When I find an item in the Harbor Freight ap that I decide to buy or show a friend, I leave the ap open to that tool deal as I travel to the store or walk over to my friend. If travel is more than a few minutes or so, when I open my phone to view that tool, the ap always automatically re-sets to the red opening Harbor Freight ap screen. That red screen is often locked open for excessive time if I am not connected to high speed data - common outside my home. Then, when the red screen finally switches to navigable mode, I have to re-browse to re-find the tool of purchase interest. This delays shopping in the store and, if I want to show a friend on my phone, the delay often kills interest. Sometimes with longer re-find delays at the store, I just skip and move on to another store for other shopping.

  • One more Fix PLEASE!!

    You guys are so great about fixing issues with the app and that is very much appreciated! There is one more issue that would be great if you can fix it: On the MY LIST feature I am unable to delete items that I no longer want or need. I have an I-Phone (with the smaller screen) and the issue concerns any tarps that are saved. I have not noticed this issue with other products. The tarp info goes off the screen - along with the delete button - so there is no way to delete the items so that other ones can be listed (think there is a limited number of items that can be saved - unless that has changed). I’ve tried turning my phone sideways but the app won’t widen with it. I saved quite a few tarps at the time so there are a lot to delete. I tried to “minus the 1” on the quantity needed but that wouldn’t remove it either. I would love being able to remove those and get them out of the way. I would really appreciate your attention to this matter. And by the way……. THANK YOU for bringing back the colored in hearts!!! It will make things so much easier and faster now. Taking the time to return this feature is very much appreciated! Thank you again. 👍😀

  • Great But Needs Work

    For some reason it made me delete my former review in order to write a new one. Saw some improvement on app but you took away a good detail. Before when I tapped the heart to add an item to my list, the heart would remain dark so I would know I had already put it on my list. Now the heart remains white so when I look at the coupons I cannot tell if the item has already been added. I have to re-add it. Very frustrating. Since I can’t tell if I’ve added something I either have to jump over to the list and search it or go through the entire list of coupons re-adding items because I don’t know if they were already added. A lot of trouble and waste of time. I think I’m already spending less because I don’t always have time to go through the coupon list. If I can see that they have been added (darkened heart) then I know I’ve been through a particular set of coupons and don’t have to try to figure out if I’ve already went through it. Please return this back to how it was previously. It’s aggravating enough that I am not even bothering checking coupons anymore sometimes - thus less money spent with Harbor Freight. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  • Harbor Freight contractor review

    As a young business man running a company the past 5 years I’ve learned how tough it is getting where you want with your business and being in the construction business some of our most important and major investments are the tools and equipment used to tackle any job or task, this is where harbor freight shines a light big time. It’s rare today to find anything of value at a very good price and this is where harbor freight has sealed the deal personally the Hercules line of products that harbor freight sales have top the charts in my opinion I’ve got everything they make and love it all to top it all off any brushless battery powered item is sold with a warranty they hold true to and garuntee if something where to happen it will be replaced free of charge only having to have a proof of purchase, I highly recommend harbor freight and could go on and on as to why!
