    Sometimes I wonder if they test their products first or apps first before making it available

  • Same issue with online

    I thought this can resolve my previous concerns. I tried to access this app and still asking the security code provided to my registered mobile number which is apparently no longer active. I am working outside the country and tried to change my old number. Very frustrating and annoying system.

  • Cant change birthyear when enrolling credit card

    Was this even tested before deploy???!
    Annoying how you cant change year of birth when app requires you to key in birthday at credit card enrollment

  • SAME USELESS APP

    this is just as useless as the previous mobile app. It doesn't let you sign in and recovery of axcount doesn't work.

  • Next Passcode wont arrive

    Too many passcodes. I know I have my phone number and email synced with Metrobank coz Ive been using the app for quite long. Now this new app is horrendous, asking lots of passcode and some passcode won’t be recieved and if I ask another passcode then it says it’s wrong then now Im getting blocked coz of this. I have been blocked twice. Please ensure that your app is working properly before launching it. Now my money transfers are stucked!
