Annoying popup spam in app
When I leave the app, as a user, I understand I will be logged out due to inactivity. This does not need to be a popup that blocks the login form every single time I come back to the app.
It also nags me with another popup at the beginning/end of every session, asking me to take a survey. I've started leaving my honest and irritated feedback with every survey invitation. I doubt they care.Show lessMetrobank scam

Every time there's an update, there's OTP issues. Do you test the OTPs with International mobile phone numbers?! This should be part of your QA Testing Plan. Your AppKey is supposed to eliminate OTPs but yet you require an OTP to activate. Bit your OTP doesn't work. Now bank users with international mobile numbers cannot use the mobile app or the online banking. Make it make sense! Do better! Test better!Show lessDeveloper Response

I’ve been trying for a week.. YES, A WEEK to pay my credit card bill through the app. It’s not sending me any OTP. I live in the US and the OTP is sometimes received, sometimes not. Worst online banking app! Not receiving OTP on registered mobile number even you tried many times to resend OTP. You should have an option to send OTP on e-mail. Your app is very primitive compare to other banking app, really useless. Tried to contact customer service or branch but seems just sending automated reply saying no issues with the system.
