  • Not receiving OTP

    I was able to successfully update my registered mobile number to my international number and everything is going okay until one day, I didn’t receive the OTP. I’ve been trying every day but the problem persists and I’m not sure why it stopped sending the OTP to my new number. It’s also not being sent to my old number so I’m not sure where it’s going. It’s frustrating that I can’t send money to my family.

    I tried calling the customer support but it’s also asking for an OTP before I can talk to someone. That doesn’t make sense because that is my problem that I am trying to resolve. Now, I don’t know what to do anymore.

  • Always failed giving OTP?

    Why it so hard for your apps ang bank browser to login in metrobank online account??? Why it must be hard for us to see our savings ? Do something its a long time problem in your apps and browser then if tried multiple times then we get temporary block and need to go back tomorrow for another try ! LOL ITS REALLY HAPPENING TO ME NOW .. i can't even receive OTP from my registered number it was okay but yesterday and today is the most terrible happenings to me right now i cant even access my bank when im badly needed !

  • Too many OTP & no options for use abroad.

    The app is very frustrating to use since it requires seemingly endless OTP both on a local phone number and email per transaction. It would be easier if OTP were required per session instead.

    The OTP also often don’t arrive in a timely manner. Requiring a Philippine phone number makes it impossible to use abroad. Why not bring back the separate authentication app that you had before?

  • Makes me suffer

    I downloaded this app coz i cant open the old app anymore. Most of the time im using mobile banking for emergency purpose. Now i cant even log in because its always error occured. Its better the old app its easy to use and no problems i encountered. But now, cant even log in with this new app.

  • Downgrade version

    I cant use the old app anymore and it doesnt let me sign in because i dont have access to my old email linked to my account.

  • Disaster

    Very unfriendly to use. Too many passcodes/tops required. Many failures when trying to transfer money by Pisonet which was never a problem before. Don’t know why Metrobank enforced the change from the old app. Seems to be a step backward

    Hindi maka log in sa bago niyong app kahit sa website, walang narereceive na OTP! sobrang stressful ni wala rin reply yung customer service.

    Im currently in UK. They changed the app that requires your Philippine number. Now I can’t access my money as i need otp. My Philippine number is not working as well. It’s also difficult to update the details online. I don’t know if it’s a good thing that they are “strict” when it comes to details, but now, i am more concerned that my money will be gone one day without me knowing. This bank is not recommended if you are going to stay abroad for long period of time

  • The new app does not recognise password

    I have recently downloaded the new app on my phone and my password does not seem to work.
    I live abroad and I don't have problems with the old app until they change it to this new app. My current password is not recognised. Why do they have to change it to a new one. Why fix when it is not broken.

  • Useless APP

    Can’t log in, been trying for over 6months now, I still I can’t log in, it always says something went wrong!!!!!!
