  • Nice upgrade

    It’s a major improvement from the old app. In this digital age a good mobile app is essential. Good to know that Metrobank is levelling up in this department. Took them long enough but it's worth the wait.

  • Improvement necessary

    Can’t even enter email address when signing up. Metrobank has always been poor when it comes to online apps and services.

  • Still glitchy

    If you are going to update an app it’s important to make it make it better then the last version.
    Before Iv even opened up to see my accounts there is already a glitch to verify my phone number. Been 2 days and still not received the verification code to my phone.
    For such a big bank why can’t they make a working app.

  • Recover my access

    I already update my account to recover my access but still I can’t receive any passcode…

    Hi mj031721, please be advised that Metrobank Passcode is a security feature of the NEW Metrobank App and Metrobank Online. You are required to nominate a 6-digit code when you sign up. You will need this code for some transactions in the app. Should you need further information, please call our Contact Center at 88-700-700 for assistance.
  • Not Seamless Migration

    It’s annoying that there is no seamless migration from the old mobile app (or even from the website) to the new one. Aside from the main account, all other previously input user-related functionalities have to be redone. It’s also slow (at best) and not working (mostly).

  • Passcode recovery not working

    Just installed the app but unfortunately not working properly and passcode request not working at all and been waiting for ages to received them via registered mobile number & email address.. Could you pleaee test your apps first before asking us to use them..good thing I havent deleted the old one.

  • So far ok now

    It worked but I must reboot my iPhone first before installing. I had issues before about installing but somebody told me to reboot. The app I think is much better than the previous
