  • Frustrating to use

    First, it requires a lot of password when it is akrrqdy proven that face ID is effectivr and safe. Other countries only use face ID to enable even cashless transactions. Second, there will be a lot of cases where you wont receive the authentication code on time. So basically cannot make any transactions. Third, there will be a lot of cases when it will not accept your passcodes even when you typed correctly. It is so frustrating. I live in the UK and I am relying on this app to make transactions in the Philippines but a lot of times I have to ask favor from someone living in the Philippines to make transactions there thru other means (via bayad center or using other bank apps) because this app prevents me to do so. Even if the error is on their end (see 2 and 3 above), it will block you as a result of “several failed attempts”. It seems like their previous app works way better than this one. This doesn’t even deserve a one star rating. More like half a star.

  • Balance Conversion doesn’t work

    I am currently in Canada, can’t use the balance conversion to manage payment terms. It says “No available payment terms”

  • 3 star for now

    The app is very useful. I just wish we can tap/open the transactions and view more details in it (eg. Sender details, date, time, reference, etc) just like other bank apps abroad.

    I’ve manage to get my debit card, and I tried multiple times registering and it doesnt work.

  • Useless

    I’ve downloaded the application but failed to use the same. I cant even receive an OTP. I cant get past this process and now I have no way of checking and monitoring my account.

  • Extremely annoying

    Whenever I receive the OTP, its already too late for me to enter it and have to resend a code and the same thing happens! Such a hassle for me who is not in the country and has to have this annoying app

  • Annoying

    I have downloaded this “new app” 3 times and each time i dont receive an OTP. It is so annoying that you have to change an existing app that works to another app that can’t even do what its suppose to do. How will this work for people who are not in the country but maintains accounts with Metrobank. Hope you can improve and please send me my OTP
