  • The OTP!!!!

    Com’on!!! the old apps if more good rather to this ur new apps. OTP is not sending to my phone!!. Fix it ur slowest app! 💢

  • I can’t access my account

    I can’t open my account and I can’t even send a verification in ny email and mobile number because there’s a need for verification code and I tried different passcode but it doesn’t work. I am currently in the US right now so it’s not that easy for me to do any of this stuff. What do I have to do then? Any help?

To help you, we'd like to remind you that the app will request for two codes: (1) first is your passcode in the app; (2) second is the One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS.   • OTP pin

    My OTP is always incorrect in the new app you upgraded. It doesn’t look like an upgrade it’s trash.

There may have been intermittent system issues due to the following: Connectivity problem & other constraints of the accredited provider (i.e. signal or network downtime) Connectivity problem & other constraints on the subscribers’ side (i.e. sim problem, phone problem, low on telco signal, etc.) If the error persists, please call our 24/7 Customer Service Hotline (+632-88700-700 or domestic toll-free number 1-800-1888-5775) for assistance on troubleshooting your device.   • Online banking problems

    I had issues how to send cash on pick up since I couldn’t find. Only bank to bank transactions. Hope to hear back, thank you.

  • No cardless withdrawal

    I almost exclusively used the old app for cardless ATM withdrawals. However, this feature is not available on the new app.

  • Account got locked when I tried logging in

    Logged in using my account in old app but got locked out instead. Useless app. I think you need to fix issues first before launching the app. I guess I’ll have to continue using the old app. Please hire a competent developer and perform testing.
