  • Not receiving OTP

    I’ve been trying to login into my account using this app, but it’s no luck! It keeps saying they sent me an OTP, but I’m not receiving them. I keep and keep resending the OTP, but still nothing. I called customer service to help me, bur they said that I have to wait a little longer, which I did! So they said to use a web browser instead, which I also did but it keeps saying “we’re experiencing server connection issue” so I had to wait for another day, and same issue!

    Why this is so difficult to use your app and even your web server??

  • Can’t send money

    I can’t send money. Getting error and doesn’t even send me OTP. Pls don’t decomm the old app until you fix this problem

  • Latest app

    This latest app messd up my login and password. I changed password 5 times and still say ‘invalid login or password’ where it has been confirmed via email that its succesful.

  • Can’t add credit card

    There is no option to add credit card

    Hi Anna Carlos, please follow these steps: 1. Log in to your Metrobank App account. 2. Go to the side navigation menu and then select “My Accounts.” Click on "+Enroll.” Provide or key in your 16-digit Credit Card Number on the "Account Number" field and nominate an “Account Alias.” 3. Provide the additional fields requested: Name on Card and Date of Birth. 4. The “Enroll” button is enabled once all fields are filled out. Click “Enroll.” Validation only happens if card is valid. 5. Input the OTP sent via SMS and then press “Next” to verify your mobile number. 6. Once verified, a successful enrollment notice will be shown on the screen. Your account will be listed in the app under Credit Card Tab. Thank you.
  • Finally, a modern design.

    Just want to say, I like the new app. A bit slower than the old one but its OK. The design is also much better and modern. I’m not sure why so many are having issues with their OTP but I havent had issues with receiving one so fat.

  • Mobile SMS OTP delayed!

    Been trying to make a bills payment which is near due date and have been trying for days. Very frustrating that I have to call your customer service only to find out that it’s a known issue and workaround is to do it via online banking. I’m using your app for ease of use and I have to ask why I need to do via browser. No advisories from Metrobank and really dissatisfied with your service.

  • Great app!

    I have been using this app for as long as I can remember for transactions both local and abroad. I lost my roaming sim and after how many unsuccessful online application to update my mobile number, I was finally able to use my international number to receive the OTP. Now I am back to business. Thank you for the excellent service Metrobank Mobile Banking! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

  • Fund transfer failure

    Been using this app for years since it became and I found the mobile fund transfer very convenient. But yesterday all of a sudden my fund transfers all failed even to my own accounts which I have been using since the beginning. A notification that the facility is no longer available or temporarily available. Good thing I was able to do the transfers using my browser.

  • it’s ok but no email notif?

    it’s ok but i dont get emails regarding my fund transfers anymore. is this intended?

  • Worst banking app

    Everything about this app is just a waste of time. You cannot make transactions smoothly. OTPs are super delayed. Transaction history is not updated and real-time. Frustrating to use!!!
