Multiple individuals sign in

The app seems to work well for a single individual to sign in. However, if there is more than one person or a family the app doesn’t allow for that and we have to use the kiosk.

Needs improvement

This app works great to check only one person in, but you should be able to check more than one person in at a time. You also should be able to check a resident out with the app . It’s a very minimal app.

VPN problem

I have to turn my VPN off when I use this.
I need the website URL to split the VPN.
It’s a pain to use!

Doesn’t work - useless

I downloaded this app so I can check into my mother’s living facility with a QR code instead of the other way. I was sent a text for the app but when I enter my phone number, I get a message that “my account could not be verified” even though my phone # was in the facility’s system. I emailed the customer support but haven’t heard back yet.

Only works about 30% of the time. Usually only shows a gray screen instead of a QR code

Don’t work

I visit every day and multi times a day. I get kicked out of app a lot and have to send for a pass code. It's not working now saying there’s an update. I can’t find the update or it doesn’t work. My phone is set for AUTO UPDATE

Horrible app

At Home page the app states there’s a new version on the app and suggests updating. Ummm no I have the latest version. It saved my name and number but will not do anything else. Nothing!!! Cannot find any option to go farther than the home page. Doesn’t prompt me to answer questions as described in the App Store. I think they need to work a lot more on this app before releasing to the public. Very frustrating!!

I just get a gray screen every time. Much less convenient than checking in at the front desk.

Useless

This app is useless. I can’t use it to sign in or out. I’m probably going to delete it. The whole reason I got the app was so I wouldn’t have to use the kiosk at the facility.
