Was partially functional now not functional at all
I was able to check out using the app. Now the app does nothing. There is no check in or check out function. No QR code. All I can do is see my visit history and edit the profile. Otherwise there is no actual functionality.
Besides writing this review, there are no feedback or contact options in the app or the Accu shield website. I reinstalled the app several times now I’m removing it again.

Hi NanceFarm, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the location you mentioned does not use the Accushield scanner, so the mobile app is unable to be used at the Hampton's Assisted Living in Tyler, TX to sign in or out. The app can be used to track your sign-in and sign-out history and display the documentation that the community potentially requires. In order to use the mobile app for sign-in purposes, the community will need to order a scanner.
