I am unable to get through everything when it comes time to scan the QR code I am unable to scan it anywhere
Bad user case testing: “Everyone has a phone” NOT!!!
This app does not permit you to alter your stored profile. The folks at the senior living facility (SLF) don’t know how to change the name associated with a mobile number.
My wife helped our young child sign in at a SLF. She had to put in a phone number, so she used her phone number and the child’s name. Later, she attempted to sign herself in, but because she used her phone number to sign our child in, the badge always prints with our child’s name for both of them.
There is no way to change this name.
I installed the app to try to see if it would permit the profile data to be changed. It does not.
How do you use the AccuShield system with people who don’t carry phones or families with young children? Think about it.

Helps Prevent Avoidable Exposure!

App works. Kiosks don’t.
Two different buildings, neither kiosk could read the QR code. Should be a method of notifying the facility and following up…can’t expect the receptionist to manage the tech!

Doesn’t work
Device at Lakeside doesn’t appear to have a place to read the code on my iPhone. Nice idea if it worked.
Didn’t work
Could not sign in with QR code. Kiosk could not read the code. Had to manually sign in. When leaving sign out with the mobile app was successful. Two stars.
QR code doesn’t scan
Kiosk doesn’t accept QR code, making app 100% useless.
Would be nice if it worked
There doesn’t seem to be a way to scan QR codes at the facility I need to visit, even though the welcome screen on the Accushield device at the facility recommended using the app. So, I have to use the standard Accushield screen at the front desk with all of its painful data entry and question requirements every time I visit.

Doesn’t work
I got a QR code but when I scanned it at the facility it didn’t trigger anything. I still have to sign in at the kiosk. I know it’s communicating with the kiosk because it has the history of my visits but the QR code is useless.
