Although the facility was unable to scan the app generated QR code for sign in, the app was a convenient replacement for the kiosk when signing out from facility until the last update. Since then the app doesn’t offer options to sign in or sign out. Please fix it!Vacation girl101

Unusable
The app froze. I uninstalled it and reloaded it. Can’t get passed the phone number question. It just keeps bouncing back to the phone number question. Well at least the app worked for a few months.Dnaue

Bad user case testing: “Everyone has a phone” NOT!!!
This app does not permit you to alter your stored profile. The folks at the senior living facility (SLF) don’t know how to change the name associated with a mobile number.
My wife helped our young child sign in at a SLF. She had to put in a phone number, so she used her phone number and the child’s name. Later, she attempted to sign herself in, but because she used her phone number to sign our child in, the badge always prints with our child’s name for both of them.
There is no way to change this name.
I installed the app to try to see if it would permit the profile data to be changed. It does not.
