  • Exceptionally easy setup process

    Great product thus far. Batch downloads make adding bulk photos a breeze. My only feedback is that I wish when using batch photos you could format them all so they better fit the screen.
  • Picture frame

    Two issues I have are that I can’t review all that I’ve posted and sitting on the couch and I send pictures from my phone I then have to get up and touch the frame to get them accepted. Would like to do that from my phone.

    1. Unable to see which pictures are already posted. 2. Unable to see any folders of albums from photos app 3. Only uploads 9 at a time 4. Pictures don’t always download from iCloud (works fine in photos app) 5. No sorting/filtering options 6. Pictures within similar timeframe are not sorted chronologically. Makes it really hard to find the right pictures 7. Shared albums don’t load 8. No way to hide/filter videos in the app 9. Please add a way to skip the device selection when posting and when you only have one device. Also skip adding a comment for those who don’t care about comments. Should be able to just go straight adjustments page. 10. App is storing GB of data for some reason even though it is just supposed to be viewing pictures from the photos app. Because of these issues I can only use recently added photos section but there are no sorting or filtering options so it makes it near impossible to work with this app and my 30k+ pictures.

  • easy to use

    I bought 6 of these for christmas presents they are easy to use and easy to send pictures to family
  • Doesn’t work.

    Trying to make an account and keep getting an error on sending the verification email, so all I have is an expensive paper weight.

    Update - it eventually worked, until I tried adding the frame, which continually gave me a “couldn’t find hostname” error. Support told me to try reinstalling, and now I get a “request timed out” error when trying to sign in. Support says they stand behind their product, but I think they should stand on top of it instead. Repeatedly. With force.

    The APP may not have obtained your network authorization. You can check whether there is authorization in the "Settings" view APP permissions. I hope you found this helpful.
  • Mediocre

    i love the tablet itself but the app is frustrating, the functions only allow 40 photos at a time and if you attempt to upload more the pictures will eventually just disappear and erase from the photo history, not the best app
  • Not a Reputable company

    I was given a frame as a present in August 2022, the frame arbitrarily stopped working October 2023. Contacted the company and for weeks they led me to believe that they would send me out a new frame every time different excuses as to why I had not received it yet and then two days ago I got one that one was being shipped out. Went into my email earlier today. and there was an email from them stating that the frame was bought more than 12 months ago so they would not be sending me out a new one so I guess it’s OK for the frames to crap out in 14 months and they don’t have to replace it or do anything about it. With all the companies out there I would definitely search out more reputable ones than this company. What a total waste of money this was, not to mention I’ve lost all those pictures on top of it. Please don’t buy it from this company. Don’t waste your money they’re horrible to deal with!

    I wish I could give them negative stars but unfortunately I had to leave one.

  • Wi-Fi strength: good Connection status: server connection lost

    I haven’t been able to connect to the server or get updates through wifi for over a year. It updated a couple of times after setting it up and would receive pics through the app like it was supposed to. Now it’s just a time capsule of old pics. They still will show on the frame but I cannot send pics to the frame from the app or update the frame or connect to the frame.

    Update: support responded to me, undoubtedly due to my review, with nothing useful or beneficial to make the frame connect. If I could make my review have less stars I would. What a disappointing gift!!

    Hello, you can try switching between WiFi or mobile hotspot. This photo frame currently only supports 2.4Gwifi. If you have more information, please feedback to the online customer service through the APP, or contact me at support@aimor.app.
