I haven’t been able to connect to the server or get updates through wifi for over a year. It updated a couple of times after setting it up and would receive pics through the app like it was supposed to. Now it’s just a time capsule of old pics. They still will show on the frame but I cannot send pics to the frame from the app or update the frame or connect to the frame.
Would be nice to be able to have the option to resize photos from the app instead of only on the frame. Would also be nice to see from the app who has loaded what pictures and when. Have other branded frames that have all this and it’s much easier to use those.

Received this as an anniversary gift. What you would typically expect. Nice, not great. After playing with batch upload for an hour I gave up. No tech support from the app itself. I imagine 10,000 people that gave this a high rating aren’t using batch upload.
(1st edit) Yes the AiMOR is on the same network as my phone. Yes, AiMOR has access to the network. Dinging one star for public gaslighting (3 to 2) attempt.

Hello, the bulk upload function requires the phone to use the same WiFi network as the photo frame, and requires the phone to allow the local network permission. I hope I can help you.Batch uploading is clunky and slow. You can’t multi select in one go, you have to select one by one and wait for it to download from iCloud to your phone before you can select it. If you select another image, it interrupts the download and doesn’t select it. I made an album specifically for the app and picture frame, and I can’t just select the album to upload.

Thank you for your feedback, we have collected your suggestions, we will do our best to serve you.Really annoyed that the app for iPad is only in portrait format - I use my iPad with a keyboard and I don't want to have to manually reorient the iPad just so I can use the app. I like to browse photos in a larger format on my iPad to select the ones I want
The app is working fine but it would be good to be able to tell which ones I have already previously uploaded

Your comments have been collected. Thank you for your feedback.Works good but they need to fix an issue with not being able to adjust some photos zooming in or out in the app, doesn’t always work or allow you to zoom out so it cuts off a lot of the photo.
Update: now they added in ads across your photos when you log into the app as if it wasn’t enough that you paid $80-$100 for the frame

Hello, the app doesn't cut off photos. The app just previews the display effect of photos in the frame. You can use the frame adjustment function to adjust the position and size of photos again.I had a previous version of the app which forced me to update. Unfortunately, the update wouldn’t work making the app unusable (the app always lead to the update page and one couldn’t get out of there without trying to update).
I uninstalled the old version and cannot now install the new one.

But I ask Alexa to tell simply safe good nite and she sets my alarm. So something is wrong
