Pretty terrible
Aside from the fact there is another app with the same name with an e at the end, this app is so difficult to use…and I’m a technology-savvy millennial… There’s no way to select more than two photos to share at a time and the check mark to select multiple photos has to be tapped PRECISELY. I could only successfully tap it with a stylus.cmal92

A horrible app.
I have added the same photos MULTIPLE times. It uploads and says it’s added and a few minutes later when I check the history, it is no longer there and not on the frame. I have spent 3 hours uploading photos, now one at a time, and still within minutes the photos magically disappear from the upload history and are not on the frame. Worst app I have ever used.
Secondly, In the frame section it says it’s online but when I try to do a batch upload it claims the frame is offline. So frustratingsndalt

I like this frame but your app is terrible! I’ve only had this frame for a month and it works fine but your app NO. Trying for days everything to add pictures frame is online strong connection. App say frame offline check internet. What the crap???? Sorry your instructions leave a lot to be desired also. It’s a gift from my son and his family but I’m thinking of getting rid of it and getting one that works.Lchrist59

Works good but they need to fix an issue with not being able to adjust some photos zooming in or out in the app, doesn’t always work or allow you to zoom out so it cuts off a lot of the photo.henejdnenddienenbdhd
