What is the purpose of the screen that tells you to tap on the important part of you photo to be featured, because when you tap on it nothing is featured?

Only support Mac with an Apple M1 chip and above?!
The photo frame needs an app to send photos and most of my photos are in the laptop instead of my phone. And this app only support Mac with an Apple M1 chip and beyond?! Do they ever consider the case that people want to transfer photos from a laptop that’s not THE LATEST model?

Limited functionality
You can use the ap to add photos but not remove them from the frame. You have to physically go to the frame to remove them. Big limitation.
Not as expected
The frame is pretty and I love the larger screen. Two things that should be improved:
1- the images looked washed out and not very vibrant.
2-you can only send 9 images at a time. My other frame can send up to 50 at a time.

Not a good user experience
Super disappointed. The app kept closing. I was able to upload a handful of photos and that’s it.
Frame restarts
The frame restarts on its own. Over and over again. It freezes on one picture often too. I’ve emailed support, but got no response back on how to fix these issues
Best gift ever
We love our photo frame! It is so easy to update! It was the best gift ever!
Constantly uploads white photos!
The app crashes all the time! When I finally can open it and select the pictures I want to upload through the app, it turns them into blank photos onto the frame. Not very useful! Thinking of returning the product if this doesn’t get sorted.
