  • App Always Crashes

I can’t upload or do anything because the app crashes during startup no matter which device I’m using. The updates haven’t helped either. I’ve tried everything on my end. Such a bummer.
  • Fantastic photo frame

If you’re debating getting one of these… don’t go any further. This one is super easy to add pictures to and is very self explanatory. Get it!
  • It’s confusing

I’m not one to write negative reviews, but this app is completely counterintuitive. You can’t delete pictures once you’ve added it to the app and you can’t rearrange them in the order that you want to. I’m going to delete the app go back to manufacture settings and see if I can start again.
  • App just crashes

Can’t use the app so I can’t use my frame.
  • It was working perfectly two months ago...

I bought two frames for my parents and set them up two months ago with zero problems. The app and the frames were super easy to use and are the best I have encountered.

I went to set up mine today and half my pictures are showing a black screen. They are pictures I were able to upload to my parents frames but not mine. Is the app glitching??

Something obviously needs to be fixed because it did work great before!
  • Limited functionality on App

I love the digital picture frame (DPF). However, the AiMOR app is quite limited in functionality when it comes to managing photos. Specifically, you can send new pictures to the DPF but you can’t delete or hide the old photos. Additionally, when you send new photos, there is an annoying pop up telling you that the DPF received the new photos but the pop up must be manually acknowledged otherwise it won’t go away; quite annoying! At the end of the day, you need the App, remote AND touch screen (all three) to manage photos.

    PLEASE, add more functionality!
  • No problems

Bought the Skyline13 for parents for Christmas. Easy set up, and 6 people downloaded this app, and no one had any issues downloading, or setting the app up, and transferring photos to the picture frame has been easy. We all are loving this gift. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about, but we are all very pleased.
  • Limited Functionality

Basic (and I mean BASIC) functionality seems to work fine. However, it needs the ability to share pictures from other apps - especially messages (like FRAMEO did). It also needs to support hundreds of pictures being selected simultaneously. Allowing for remote administration of pictures through this app will be a necessity if you plan to seriously compete in the digital frame market.
  • Christmas-Ruining-Problem

My goodness. If this app doesn’t get fixed ASAP I have no idea how many people will be disappointed these holidays. I’m (hope I’m) tech savvy enough to load pictures on over SD card, but I have to think most aren’t. This app crashing on load essentially make the two hundred dollar gift frame useless.

I will gladly change review if they fix their app. The frameo app is fine, but it appears aeezo only allows for this stupid non functional app to be the loader for this new frame. Glad I opened the box, grandparents never would have figured this out.
