The photo frame needs an app to send photos and most of my photos are in the laptop instead of my phone. And this app only support Mac with an Apple M1 chip and beyond?! Do they ever consider the case that people want to transfer photos from a laptop that’s not THE LATEST model?Z!&89

You can use the ap to add photos but not remove them from the frame. You have to physically go to the frame to remove them. Big limitation.not very functional
Not as expected
The frame is pretty and I love the larger screen. Two things that should be improved:
1- the images looked washed out and not very vibrant.
2-you can only send 9 images at a time. My other frame can send up to 50 at a time.Taknine

Frame restarts
The frame restarts on its own. Over and over again. It freezes on one picture often too. I’ve emailed support, but got no response back on how to fix these issuesJrsportgamer
