Useless and misleading
This app is absolutely useless. Developers - pull your finger out!! Cannot find accurate balance, so don’t know how much to pay. Tried logging in to the antiquated website, which requires the mobile pinsentry in the app. Pinsentry cannot be found anywhere in app (despite having been there before!) and the physical pinsentry no longer recognises my card. In the end had to phone up and request they start sending me paper statements again. Talk about being behind the curve.

Is this app a joke? This is the last straw with Barclays I’m afraid.
My company is using more than one Barclaycards with our suppliers. This app is not only useless but misleading. It is the last straw with Barclays and constantly struggling to get accurate information or even log on to internet banking with you. I have now instructed our finance team to move our banking to another supplier. This is the 21st century and your bank is still stuck in the time of slavery and tobacco trading with the colonies. You need to get up to date before we can even consider coming back to you.

Completely useless
Completely useless app. Shows the balance of what you’ve spent in the current month rather than the actual card balance and shows an amount available to spend which again is incorrect as it’s using the spend this month deducted from the credit limit rather than the current balance deducted from the credit limit so it looks like you have thousands available to spend when in fact you’re at your limit. As all of the developer responses say, the only way to see your true balance is to log into the website which obviously makes this app useless and redundant!
Maybe the developer should take notice of all of the bad reviews asking for a real balance and do something about it instead of telling everyone to use the website! If you can show the correct amounts on the website, why not show the correct amounts on the app too so that it’s actually worthwhile using?
