  • Horrible customer service

    I’ve had the watch for over a year, I e never had an issue. Then the battery life started to deplete. The watch app settings for the face of the watch just stopped working. I can no longer change the face to my watch. I always enjoyed personalizing my watch to my liking. After reaching out to customer service I explained the situation. They provided me with trouble shooting steps and I followed them all. Nothing worked. They offered no other solutions and did not care that I e been a customer using their app and watch for a while. All they had to do was provide with a small discount on a new one or replace the broken one and they would have had a consistent loyal customer, and I would of write a great reveiw. Unfortunately they do not k ow how to run a business. Lost me as a customer and will receive negative fees back now, and if I ever see there products on any social media platform. This brand and customer service support is the worst of the worst. I bought an Apple Watch and it is by far so much better. It’s actually great. And the Apple customer support team is one of the best teams I ever dealt with. I use Apple iPhone and have had problems and they stuck with me u till the issue was resolved. Go Apple! 3Plus watch: learn from Apple. You’ll customer service is horrendous!

  • Got issues

    Loved it. Received it as a Christmas gift in 2021 from my Mom. Now it is acting all crazy with vibrating to set up. Before it decided to lock up to that. It was switching itself to breathing to heartbeat to temperature check. Drove my wrist nuts with the constant vibrating. I decided to remove the app from my phone. The watch is going to the trash. Totally bummed. But it is permanently stuck to Equipment and watch name.

  • Pretty good

    I had bought this watch (a Vibe Lite) to keep tabs on my activity after I started regularly going for walks. The app presents the watch data in a straightforward form and isn’t hard to use. There is one thing I’d like to see, though — instead of having to drill down through menus to see the watch’s battery level (Settings/Watch Settings/More settings), could the watch’s battery level also be displayed on the Activity page, say in the upper left or upper right corner? It’s not always apparent from the battery icon on the watch itself just how much charge is left. Thank you.

    Dear customer, thank you for the feedback and we appreciate your purchase. As for the battery level on Vibe LITE. There are several ways to look at that instead of going into the app. 1. Swipe from left to right, battery icon will be on the top right hand corner (swipe from the watch face) 2. Choose a watch face from the app which does have battery level.   • Only one problem

    I love this watch/app super affordable, cute, you can buy different bands for it, make the watch face a pic from your camera roll, it’s just so customizable I love it! The only issue I’m having is the app does not add my steps,calories, active minutes correctly. For example, if I log a workout the home page of the app will not add my previous steps/calories to my logged workout correctly. I have been screenshotting before a workout then add the cals burned from my logged workout so I can add the correct numbers together myself to get my overall cals burned for the day. Hope that makes sense haha still a great product for those who can’t afford Apple Watches!

  • Hard to see heart rate graph

    With the dark blue background, the blue line showing the heart rate for the day is hard to see.
  • Everything is great except for the sleep setting

    As the title states, the sleep setting is the only issue I’m having. I’ve tried every manner of troubleshooting possible….but to no avail. The only option in the sleep setting is REM….nothing else. It doesn’t pick up my sleeping at all. Please help!

    Dear customer, Vibe Lite has automatic sleep tracking, and the watch will automatically start tracking your sleep once you pair to your mobile device. The sleep is tracked only once per 24-hour cycle starting from 6pm in your time zone. I.e. if you sleep from 6pm to 11pm your watch will track your sleep for that sleep cycle but will not track any other sleep cycles until 6pm the next day.   • Amazing watch

    Watch is so fun. I really love it and is similar to the Apple Watch which I love. I gave this a 4 star rating because I wish it had contacts, able to call out and to ping my phone loudly instead of vibrate. Please see about adding this. Other than than that it’s an awesome watch.
    I’d like to see if there is a way to call or answer a call from a watch. That would be nice.

Which does have function to answer and dial calls from your watch. We also upgraded the phone to ring when you pin your phone from your watch.     I love this watch it’s amazing the only thing I could ask is if we could call people on the watch and also add multiple devices to the watch bc I wanna add my iPhone 11 but my iPhone 7plus is on it and I don’t wanna take it off

    It’s good and all but I can’t seem to text or turn on the notification but everything else work so far and I have had it for 3 months and can’t find how to use the text and notification yet

As for notification push on your watch, please make sure you turn on 3+ PRO under privacy settings and notifications under your phone settings.
