Good but Missing Features
I got the 3+ Vibe Lite yesterday and it’s easy to set up and get going! However, user manual says there's a setting to automatically track heart rate that's accessible through the app. This was one of the main reasons I got a fitness tracker.
Checked all through the app and watch settings. The app is up to date too. Is this just a phantom feature?Show lessAstro Aves

Just simply swipe from Left to Right at your main watch face to access the quick setting menu. Tap on that heart icon and turn it on. Your watch will automatically measure your heart rate every 5 mins. I love the watch.. But I can’t receive my text notifications. The phone calls work, the messages on other apps work and just no text messages. I wish I could this fixed..jpmfdumas
Almost there
I bought the 3+Pro just to keep track of my steps and activity levels because my doctors didn’t think I was moving. It does so much more, which is great! I especially love the water resistance so I don’t have to keep taking it off every time I wash dishes😊. There are only two things I would like to see updates or changed in order for this to be a complete 5 star rating review: once you input your initial sign up weight, there isn’t a daily weigh-in option. I realize this is more about fitness but there are those that track that information together. You can edit it in your profile, but it won’t keep a graphic record of progress. That would be helpful. Especially when determining what work out or activity seemed to be a little more effective for the results one is looking for. The second thing is there is no actual sleep option. The unit apparently tracks your sleep but there is no way to put the unit to sleep. It’s a little annoying having the thing “wink” at me in the middle of the night when I need to go to the bathroom. If it's Vibe PRO watch, you will be able to go to the settings in the watch and tap on Wake settings--> turn off Raise to wake, then your watch won't wink at you in the middle of night. It is a really great watch for the price I say it’s as good or better than an Apple Watch but I would love to have a gps app so I can track where I am without a workout. Really good overall keep up the good work. Thanks for your time and have a great day.carmchikinparm

It’s okay, not the best
Love this watch as it keeps track of my steps and resets itself each day. My biggest problem with this is that it doesn’t record everything and more times than not it doesn’t track my sleeping patterns like it should. One day it will, the next 2 it won’t which makes me believe there’s a glitch or bug in the app or the syncing capability.Show lessalnjhum
It’s cheap for a reason
Got this watch as a gift. Wasn’t expecting to work as well as an Apple Watch but I wanted to try a smart watch to see if I wanted one in the future. Worked ok until I got a new iPhone on iOS 15 and since then no notifications will push over at all. Like the title says it’s cheap for a reason.108davis
Not updating
I really love this watch. It helps me to keep up with my heart rate. The only complaint I have is every time I try to update my watch or change my watch face, it fails more times than not. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app several times and it never helps.sherri0317
One problem sirs
I really like this vibe I wear and this app… but!!!
I don’t like aspects of the new update. I WAS able to see my highest heart rate and lowest and could find precisely when my heart rate spiked. But that part was made harder to see.

Amazing app but….
The app is great! I have a suggestion however. The exercise menu gives you a wide variety of exercise options to chose from. I feel like the watch should have a weight lifting menu. You can put the muscle your working on an then the reps and weight you’re doing. Just a suggestion.Hellomynsmeisthanoscar
