Freeprints services charge up to $9.99 for shipping. Our shipping charge is never more than $5.95, and from time to time we do offer free prints to our users. All inmates receive a mugshot when they arrive at a facility, but that is the only photo they will receive before getting out outside of a civilian sending them photos.
