Dark mode!
The user interface isn’t the best, it takes few clicks before you can actually open your door or adjust the temperature, for me the mosh important feature would be dark mode! In the evening while a sleep or something and went to change the temperature, your screen gets so bright and not so good for your eyes.

Awful
I was forced to use this at my apartments and first, the guest option wouldn’t work. If you need to update the app, it WONT let you in your place. This is awful and needs a lot of bugs fixedBrittanyyy1
Thermostat randomly stops working
Come home today to an app update. My AC is not working with the local controls or the smart controls. Horrible system, I wish my apartment complex never got these.Tod37659

Absolutely awful
If the device is disconnected from the local wifi, there is NO way to reconnect. Either on the device itself or the app.Luke Thurston

Not sure what happened since update, my thermostat on app hasn’t been able to read for over 7 hours when I’m in the house on the same network. Can’t stand this new update. Wish they would leave it how it was. Already was a terrible app it’s just worst nowMoePat13
