Doesn’t work
I never use this app to open the door because it doesn’t work. I only use it to change the thermostat. But the update today hides the thermostat function four clicks into the app which is functionally incomprehensible. It used to be on the front screen which required zero clicks. Why would any sane person make this change in functionality?Show lessTokitoki11

Was much better when app opened straight to thermostat.

Quext suffers from design choices. If the thermostat loses power for any reason, it will change your temperature settings back to “off”.
You cannot tell if the door locks are actually locked. You only see the lock and unlock option.
There’s no integration with any other home automation environment. What you see is what you’re stuck with.Show lessSome Salami

This has made life so easy, with in-laws visiting coming and going with our fobs me and the wife can just jump on this app and unlock our front door, super easy, and I get to turn on and of the ac and fans of the apt with even having to get out of bed or getting up from my during the games! My apartment building installed these smart thermostats a few weeks ago. I already had a smart thermostat which was hooked up to my Alexa smart home and was fully configurable. This is a massive downgrade in experience. Does not work with Celsius. Does not integrate with smart homes. 4°F difference between high and low settings so difficult to maintain the right temperature. Very disappointing.Show lessG2032

Needs Alexa connectivity. My apartment installed these and I had my own Nest units. Can’t be compaired. Nest would know when I left the apartment and increased the temperature to eco. When I came home decreased it. Needs work,Oldbridge 1

My apartment complex made the transition to this app a few months ago. I hate it. Not compatible with HomePod, door lock malfunctions and thermostat adjuster is not the best. I would like to see this product grow to HomePod and/or Alexa.JosephR.P
