    Do not get this app. This was installed at my apartment when I was at work, and when I arrived home I could not get into my unit. The assistant manager had to reset my app and account remotely for it to work properly. I was told there was a problem within the app and the connection between it and the new door lock. It is completely unreliable. Cherry on top - the new thermostat wasn’t working either. Wouldn’t get below 75 degrees and would shut itself off after 60 seconds.
    Save yourself the trouble and use a regular, old fashioned key.

  • Not User friendly

    The unlock feature is wildly slow and the temperature feature is so touchy and unreliable. What is the point of an Auto Unlock feature when you still have to turn the knob and can’t verify it’s locked when you aren’t home? When my apartment first announced we were getting electronic locks I was stoked so I could always be assured my door was locked, but nope this doesn’t do that. Just makes me pay more money a month for something I could’ve done just as easily with my $0.50 key. The system is terrible and needs to be reconsidered as an option.

  • Thermostat control is very shaky

    As soon as you remove your finger off the control via app the numbers jump around , you have to be super super steady with it to get it right where you want it. That’s the only thing that could use improvement, maybe a manual input where you type in the desired degree setting would be more user friendly.
