Merges all consumer hours / doesn’t allow clock in/out 1/2 the time.
Exceptionally user UN-friendly!
Needs to allow a few minutes log in/out tolerance
Whoever programmed this should be FIRED and banned from IT work!

Awful app
This app is terrible. Why do they make it so hard for caregivers to get paid? The app is inconsistent, and non responsive. It lags terribly and is generally difficult to use. Not user friendly, and over complicated as well.
One of the worst apps I ever used.
Bugs, inconveniencies, and inconsistencies in every part of the application. The introduction covers several pages but it’s so wide that it is difficult to scroll to the end. The password recovery process worked on like the 4th try because there were many pitfalls.
I would rate this a zero if I could.

And STILL garbage.
Doesn’t work right
Doesn’t save password, says password is wrong when it’s not, doesn’t take touch or Face ID, sometimes won’t let you clock in or out, confusing layout, too many steps to use properly, location tracking is draconian, full of other random bugs and glitches.

Who carves up your work hour into a hundred tiny pieces and expects you to clock in or out accurately?? Other time capture apps actually use “Time” = equals “hours” and “minutes”.
DHS ( Oregon Department Of Human Services ) and OHCC should be ashamed to have even considered using this app considering how many are available and function as designed. This is not employee friendly.

Great idea! Needs improvement!
Great idea switching from paper to mobile! I would give five stars if not for one issue. Logging in has issues that it won’t save your information for faster logins.
Pros:
-easier clock in and out
-shows accumulated time and time left.
-no more driving to submit vouchers
-mobile
Cons:
-new update made app slower in response time.
-no Face ID
-doesn’t save login info
-doesn’t have an option for logging miles
-once clocked in cant access the main page until clocked out.
-would be nice if it shows hours left on main page and not after you hit clock in option.
-hate having to scroll past the first page every login, explaining system updates. 😬
I appreciate the new system of logging hours and the app is working decently. Old paper way was definitely easier in some ways but I had to drive wayyy out of my way to submit vouchers every two weeks.

Does not work properly
All the terrible reviews would be correct why are we being forced to use something that doesn’t work then told our historical log in is too late or not correct as well I’m being under paid due to this. Please go back to paper or fix this maddening system

My app expired and I can’t log out off my shift! I downloaded the app again and it is asking for a eg number or something like this! Please help! I will lose a lot of money
