Ive used a few of these type of programs and this one is awful in every aspect.
Unstable, slow, not enough interaction for the user, the main menu is sparse. The opening screen gives the same message each time, you have to scroll past it in several languages and wait for the ok to advance to the next screen. It wont remember your login, or let your phone remember it. Hours dont show up right away if at all.

Doesn’t work
Can’t log in. Won’t send actual email to reset password, but even then I’m sure it still wouldn’t work.

This is a terrible system. Did not work right first day. The powers to be told us how great this was, would save providers time. The old paper way is much easier and faster. Typical baloney.
Sign in/sign out
As mentioned before the issue of security and entering personal info upon every sign in/out should not be.

Stress and unsecure
This has got to be one of the most stressful transition for providers and clients. The app requires you to re-enter the password every time you open the app does not make it secure. It forces people with compromised memories to constantly carry their login confidential or they have no way of login in. Which results in them more likely to loose their logins than their phone. Or whose their login is written in a note on their phone. I understand this protects the app dev and state but this is very frustrating. The old paper way at least let you determine client hand writing and provider hand writing, for fraud prevention. This app doesn’t stop the client having the providers account log in.

Piece of crap. Doesn’t work. Should make for an exciting first day of electronic logging!
Not able to log in
It always said my password is wrong, even though I just changed my password. And the log in information is ok to log in to the website.
Not able to install
App does not work. . Not able to install.skipping registration page.
