Stress and unsecure
This has got to be one of the most stressful transition for providers and clients. The app requires you to re-enter the password every time you open the app does not make it secure. It forces people with compromised memories to constantly carry their login confidential or they have no way of login in. Which results in them more likely to loose their logins than their phone. Or whose their login is written in a note on their phone. I understand this protects the app dev and state but this is very frustrating. The old paper way at least let you determine client hand writing and provider hand writing, for fraud prevention. This app doesn’t stop the client having the providers account log in.chicken334
