New system
I have really not had many issues, seems most people are upset that we switched over to a new system. I attended the training, and it is not difficult to use.

Difficult to navigate
In order to accommodate the legislative requirements, this app poorly addresses a simple process, with numerous confusing screens, and an arduous process to correct errors. Back to the drawing board.
Amateurish attempt at system/application development
Need to rethink your entire system design and implementation and come up with something that reflects the realities of the work place it was supposedly designed to support.
Confusing
This app is difficult to run logs me out all the time even when I say remember my login have to retype information in. I don’t know how to record mileage. Have watched several videos to try an understand how to use this app but nothing seems to work this is all very confusing and frustrating to learn a whole new system. I’ve been working for this company for 5 years and am so used to the paper vouchers that this new change makes a lot of things difficult.

Bugs galore doesn’t work
App is not responsive and buggy as heck. To clock out is a mess in itself being timed out after signing in right away and not responding to sign ins.
but wait there’s more, They give you two options email them for assistance or call them.
If you email them you won’t get help right away, and try calling them and you will be on hold for “An estimated 30 minutes.” I kid you not this is after being on hold over an hour with my client waiting for “The next available agent” this is wrong don’t force a program on providers if it doesn’t work.
If your waiting for them to get back to you does the new clock in force you into overtime? Does a person get penalized for following the rules and wait for their account to be unlocked?

Ridiculously horrible
This is the absolute worst app for time tracking, especially if you have multiple clients. It should Group your clients together and tally your time allotted for each one. I’m so confused, and spending way too much time screwing around with the app (forgetting to clock in or out). Maybe if it was more like Paylocity and then having your consumer sign off on your weekly time, that would be more efficient. My poor consumers are like why do I have to keep signing your phone. Not to mention it’s confusing when they have dementia. Come on we can do better than this raggedy app!

Not working. Needs an update ASAP.
Whenever I log in and hit the “Remember me” option, it does NOT save your information. I’ve tried it multiple times and it keeps making me type everything again.
Two days ago I logged in and was able to clock in however, when I went back to clock out.. it said “clock in”?? I checked my entries and noticed that it automatically clocked me out at the wrong time and now I can’t edit it because it’s glitched. The status has been on “open” for days now? Of course I would have edited if it said “pending” but it never gave me that option and now I need to go to my local office and get that checked out.
Please work on these bugs. It’s very stressful…
