The company itself is a scam, I downloaded it for a purpose of understanding the product since I was interviewing for the open position. I’ve been billed 3 times and after the first billing contacted the support and they’ve only been able to cancel the subscription after 3 months of billing. You can’t cancel your subscription, the only way of doing it is to contact support. The leadership is only focused on money and that’s all they care about.
