Fun times!
I just downloaded the app yesterday and started playing and working for prizes. Thus far I am enjoying it. Trivia is fun and the questions are good. I wouldn’t mind more of a challenge, however I’m just a level 4 so hoping it will become more intense. I’m also working towards the blue apron surprise which I am looking forward to. Pretty sure it’s a scam!
I’ve seen ads on Snapchat for this Surprise subscription box. I was really excited but they charged my account and I still haven’t received a shipment email and it’s been 2 days. I started doing research and can’t find the videos I seen on snap of the reviews. I tried canceling my subscription because people were saying they charge you $99 randomly without consent. There’s no cancellation button available, you have to contact customer service to request a cancellation and it’s been two days and I still have gotten no response. I have to get a no payment order from my bank for the company now. If you see there ads, do not fall for it!Show lessbcookie44

*** UPDATE** developer responds that they send packages right away but was told that then told it was getting ready to be sent. It’s been since the end of June still nothing. Developer responds telling me to email when I have send 5 EMAILS, a couple excuses in response and now crickets.
Started signing up for the package and never finished but it charged me anyway. App just gives error message. Got email asking for my correct address which is when I realized they charged me even though I hadn’t even finalized the registration so I asked for a refund at which point that said they couldn’t because the package had already shipped ( you know, the one they don’t have a complete address for?) when I questioned that they said well it’s scheduled to ship so it was too late. Meanwhile it’s 6 weeks later, no package, they don’t have my address and they refuse to refund my money. The last email said they can’t refund because they’re following their terms and conditions. If it did as promised. The trivia ( like other reviewers have said) is a lot of fun! The spinning will is very rigged but I could deal with that if you won ANYTHING. Whenever the spin does land on “ open eggs” no matter how many times you MIGHT get the same product they always say you don’t have enough. I have gotten 75% away on several items and then the system adds new prizes and you never win anything. Could be fun, such a disappointment. Would not recommend, God Bless.Show lessliz melton' s ipod
Major glitches
I really really wanted like this game! I love getting surprises but there are way too many glitches. Even in the trivia…you pick your three favorite categories and you pretty much can’t change it!! I wish I can just get all of them or select the category I want to play. Don’t even waste your money buying anything else bc it doesn’t work. The match 3 hasn’t worked for me even when I bought a card (still waiting for me refund!). So annoying!Show lessSSheets1108
Love the idea, hate the app
Warning, this app takes your money! The only thing that works in this app is the Trivia - NOTHING ELSE! I downloaded the app last night and nothing works. The customer service could definitely be better. Wrote them an text last night and still haven’t heard back. That was about their app taking my money.
I don’t know if they are behind on the updates with their app or it’s just can take the amount people. If the advertise on major platform you would think they can afford to do the updates and have a working app. If not, it makes me think it is a scam. I heard about this app after my friend won a 4 day vacation. I joined just for fun not thinking it was legit, but after a few days of playing I won a surprise box with an iPad Air!!! I didn’t believe it was real until I got the box in the mail a little under a week later! I’ll definitely keep playing. Thank you Surprise!!!Show lesss-machine
SCAM! Do not download contact them immediately to cancel
If I could give this negative stars I would. Their customer service isn’t helpful they won’t refund me I’ve never received ANYTHING from them AND their app does not work. AT ALL I got charge a 99 subscription fee. That’s nearly $100 USD… outrageous for an app that doesn’t work on top of it you don’t receive anything and even if you have eggs and open them it wo t save. On top of it the app isn’t fun just a trap to spend more money and you don’t even get what’s on the egg you have to collect a number of them. It is a scam! And I have to figure out how els I can warn people as well as file small claims case. Do not download!Show lessI love instagram!!!!!!!!!!!

So I love the trivia, however that’s about the only thing about it I can stand! You have to have hammers in order to open surprises, well the wheel does not offer this! And literally you only have trivia until you get so far, I think like level 100?!?! Like give it some milestones, give people the chance to eat hammers without just buying them because that, that is a horrible business model and more than likely contributing to the not so good reviews. Hate to say it but this app is kinda pointless unless you like trivia it’s just a waistShow lesshkobf

100% a scam. The 5 star ratings in here don’t even make sense for the app (one was talking about fish?). Impossible to cancel and support just stops responding after a while. I thought it odd there was no social media aspect, as most of these games let you at least interact with others a bit, and also the name of it makes it impossible to really find reviews online. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when they told me the app is “still in development” but I found reviews here with the same issues from November! The fact is, an app this buggy and “in development” has a lot of nerve charging $100 a month, then on TOP of it charging you to open the surprises you get. Plus you end up with a ton you cannot do anything with. BEWARE!!Show lesslp1537965
